We appreciated the privacy, the outdoor garden, the patio, the pool, and the friendly staff the friendly staff.

Very slow service for breakfast, we waited a long time and the breakfast portion was very very small. Also the lighting in the bedrooms did not allow a warm bedroom atmosphere. The pale white lights make them feel very cold. Adding soft lighting and some bedside lamps would be a small change that would make a significant difference.The breakfast service was very slow, and we had to wait a long time. Additionally, the portion sizes for breakfast were extremely small. In the bedrooms, the lighting did not create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The harsh, pale white lights made the rooms feel cold. Introducing softer lighting and adding some bedside lamps would be a simple change that could make a significant difference.

The building is older but well taken care of with relatively new furniture in our room. The room is large and clean with clean sheets and towels.. Air-conditioning and wifi work well. The shower has hot water and good pressure, the best shower we have had in Central America so far. Breakfast is typical eggs, beans, plantains, buns and coffee but is good. Location is great, it's very safe to walk. There are a few restaurants and a grocery store within a couple of blocks and 1/2- 1 km away there are a lot of restaurants.

Our only complaint is that the cleaning staff talk very loud in the hallway outside our room beginning at 6:30am!! They woke us everyday. Please tell them to respect the guests and be quiet. We were in Salcoatitán Room.

I did like the staff very much they are very friendly and helpful the receptionist on duty was very nice she helped with calling uber for us.

I like the honesty from them on Wednesday night I lay down on the hammock and didn't realize I had left my wallet at the table outside on the garden. I realize the next morning I woke up and I thought I had left it at the restaurant I went the night before and went to front desk to ask if they can call me an uber to take me back to the restaurant I was the night before and I told the girl what happen, and she was like yeah I know I have your wallet. I was like what how do you know about my wallet she was like the maintenance boy last night found it and brough it to me. I was so happy and check my wallet everything was there and for that I give a 10000% of credit of honesty

It was a very comfortable stay. The beds were extra comfortable with high-quality cotton linen. The room was spacious with a private backyard. The AC was absolutely essential in San Salvador. The facility has a nice resort-like feel to it with a refreshing pool to chill in on a hot afternoon. Staff is lovely, and we felt really looked after. The breakfast was also much appreciated. It is really well located in the modern part of San Salvador.

Breakfast was included (which is a good thing), but the standard was quite poor. No drinking water available, which was unusual compared to the other places we have stayed in El Salvador and Central America. Also we were not provided hand towels or bath mat but were asked about this when we checked out- seems like housekeeping just kept forgetting to give us these each day.

Secure gated complex with staff available 24/7. Close to nice restaurants, bars, cafes and Supermarket. The rooms were clean and air con worked well. Shower pressure and temperature were good too.

Booked a 2 bed apartment, however, the bathroom (and toilet) wlwere an ensuite off the main bedroom, meaning one of us had to walk through the other's bedroom to get access to the shower/toilet. Definitely a design flaw. Also, the apartment boasts a "private pool" this is however shared with the other apartments in the complex and is not private to the apartment itself. The pool was also cloudy so wasn't too appealing to get into. The "kitchenette" was very basic and might as well not existed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Parking was easy and readily available, and it was close to all the attractions of the San Salvador Zona Rosa area. If you like bar hopping, it's a perfect location for it since it has so many bars in easily walkable distances. The hotel was older and could use some tlc but not complaining since it had air conditioning for people who can't handle the heat and also two rooms for my wife and I to let the children have their own room to sleep in. I will be returning again in the future.

The shower head in the room leaked and wouldn't adjust but otherwise everything else was good.

It would have been great if all the breakfast options where part of the breakfast included. As for the breakfast that was included it was wonderful.

Access to the building at night could have been better. The pool needs touch ups as some tiles we’re loose.

Please was convenient, comfortable and secure. The amenities: garden, pool breakfast area were great. My family and I enjoyed having a place to get at night to relax after touring San Salvador and Costal areas. Very convenient to Zona Rosa and safe.

Everything was great, just at the last couple days of our stay the breakfast menu was changed to just typical or traditional so it was less options to choose. Hopefully they keep the menu with more options especially pancakes, waffles or creepes and fruits. Not a big deal but it helps to keep happy the kids that are not costume to traditional salvadorean breakfast 😉

The fact that it's located at my favorite area in San Salvador, everything is just walking distance from here. Staff is amazingly so dedicated to the guests, oh! yeah, but that's the way all of my fellow country salvadoran people are everywhere you go around El Salvador. God bless my people.
