The room was large, quiet, clean.

The front desk man lied to me when I checked out. He tried to pretend the credit card reader was broken when paying for our breakfasts. I told him I didn’t believe him. He had a hotel full of guests and all would expect to pay by CC. I think he was trying to skim the breakfast $$$. After a bit of argument, he admitted the CC machine worked but tried to charge me 7% CC fee when the day before it was 6%. I again insisted he change it to 6% and he did but he threatened to do something with my credit card number.

Stayed at the Kartagus Centric as we were moved. Clean location, clean rooms and generous with space. Breakfasts included and were tasty (extra charges for any add-ons and additional cups of coffee). Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. With the A/C issues I kept having, they were checking in and on the night it died, they lent me their fan from reception to help keep me cool. Within walking distance of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores.

Was moved without real notice to their other location (Centric), only found out as we had been there during our first days of our trip and were told then. Was within similar proximity to this location. This is the entire group of us ( 3 families, 3 rooms) Air conditioner was leaking into the bathroom off and on and then fully broke on the last night and they were not able to fix until the next morning.

We loved the location, the stuff is great, we felt like home, the breakfast 😋 and i loved the fact that the owner rescue animals as i’m an animal lover, God bless him

The problem for me and my husband was the bed, i wish there were softer beds as i suffer from muscle pain and need something comfy and soft but we love the fact that we always found our parking spot

Clean and had all facilities and necessities. Fridge in the room. Big and comfortable beds. Bathroom spacious and had all needs. Location to preference, actually far to City Center. Parking in front of Hotel available.

Breakfast was good but very weak, try outside. Old furniture. Can only access by car.

Very clean and cozy place.

There was noise around the property due to other businesses but not the property faults.

Spacious room and comfortable bathroom, bed was perfect, very convenient location close nearby to everything you may do o could be needed

Air conditioner was kinda slow to start feeling, there was no towels in the bathroom and few toilet paper, also don't know if the hot shower was really working.

Online said something. Once there there was no room for us. They send us to another location and offer us 3 beds while we request more beds because we were 6 persons.

The service, the room, the food, the location were excellent. The attention of the personal always were very helpful, doing the necessary to gave us a nice and easy day. Thank you!.
