I've stayed here a few times so it was more of a comfort stay.

I've stayed here many times and never had any complaints about the hotel. This last time I was there, at check out I was held up because a staff member mentioned there was a stain on the comforter that I did not notice when checking in to the room because the stain was on the opposite end laying face down on the bed where I could not see the stain and they made an attempt to blame it on me. Gladly they did not charge me for the issue but the uncomfortable feeling for something that I was not aware of was quite disturbing.

Overall we enjoyed the property. We stayed here before and liked the area and amenities. The staff was kind and accommodating.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner. Looks like there might be mold in some areas. Some of the bedding had stains. We had a hard time getting a hold of staff over the phone before arrival to confirm some details of our reservation.

It really is a viewpoint, it's a pity that the view from the balcony of my room faced a wall. The place is spacious and I found it ideal to enjoy the view from the terrace when I returned from work.

The big problem during my stay at the hotel was that a leak was constantly falling from the upper room, which generated an annoying noise and made it very difficult for me to sleep, unfortunately I was not able to rest as I expected.

Staff not friendly checking hphones and looking like they are forcing themselves when you ask something. 🙄 out of all staff there were 2 that were very nice . One of them is receptionist Sandra. She is great .

The location of the hotel was very good And the buffet in the mornings were great. The staff was very kind and friendly I stayed there for 4 nights and didn't really have any plans for what to do. But 1 girl in the lobby gave me some hints and was telling me what to do. I want to give her my highest compliment So l just say THANK YOU THANK YOU

you get a lot of bang for your buck and it is a very nice looking hotel. breakfast was great even though it was the same food everyday it was always fresh juices and fruits, along with cheeses, eggs, refried beans. that’s a typical breakfast in El Salvador and served mostly everywhere you go. the staff was great they where friendly and very accommodating to our needs, the hotel was very nice outside was always clean and well taken care of a long with inside.

the beds are very firm and it was tough for me to sleep in, that’s my only complaint because I’m a stomach sleeper and I need some give in my mattress.

The Hotel was excellent. Our room was prepared daily; we got a new bottle of water every day, breakfast, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff was super kind. We would return.

Every day the room key is deactivated and must get re-activated.

the breakfast eggs beans and plantains everyday it was good but boring 8 days eating the same not fun

The food wasn’t good but in general the hotel is very pretty, clean and peaceful 👏🏼 I will definitely come back.

Stuff needs to be more friendly I had to wait a long time to order my lunch and to get my lunch Every time there is an event all the time and attention goes to that and the rest of the customers take a backseat
