A very pleasant hotel with a lovely garden and a big pool. The location is in a nice part of the city, near the Hilton which is a location for tour pick ups—but it is very far from the old town where most of the tourist sites are. 15 min walk to big, modern supermarket. Fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very comfortable; all plumbing is in good repair. I was able to swim in the pool early in the morning. A very good breakfast (included) and an inexpensive restaurant with an excellent kitchen, if you want to have dinner there. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Well worth the money.

Lights in the courtyard are on all night. Curtains help somewhat, but you can't make the room completely dark.

I guess you can call it a pool if you are generous, but it's more like a large jacuzzi. At least the water was cleanish.

Everyone there is a pro at their jobs. Don Mario, Gloria, Henry, Vincente and many more. If you need to find a good place to eat Gloria is the person to talk to.

It’s very convenient to move around San Salvador , but away from noisy streets.

I was expecting a better breakfast , the coffee was good but I did get any refills

Breakfast was very good but a second choice of meal would be a good idea for the continental breakfast.

A lot of noise in the halls and doors slamming were the only thing I would suggest to improve.

I felt at home at this hotel. All staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Best hotel experience in town.
