Comfortable beds and room in general. Low noise. The location is good, a little bit separated from the main hotel sector. There was free parking available. Excellent breakfast. Try the pupusas.

Only one bottle of water for both of us. If we needed more we would have needed to order room service. Our room did not have a mini bar. There were no hand towel hangers. I much prefer bar soap compared to the gel in a bottle type of soap. The glass doors in the restaurant kept opening and closing during our whole meal which was disturbing. The coffee was not that good. I did not get my invoice right away, I had to call to get it two days later.

The amenities and the extra value. We were taken aback by the access to the Executive Lounge to enjoy snacks and beverages and a courtesy upon arriving delivered to our room. That was truly appreciated, we felt taken care of and welcomed.

Our stay was short, can't truly say there was something to improve upon as of yet. The facilities were clean and tidy, staff was welcoming and helpful.

Of course, when you book a Hilton you usually do so because you know what you're getting, and this Hilton does not disappoint. Great facilities, good restaurant, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

It's a little far out from everything, so you'll need to Uber or drive. The steaks in the restaurant were only good, not great.

Great location, great parking.

Staff in the front took over 30 minutes to check us in. The room we originally booked seemed to be taken so they upgraded us to a room on level 7, which had its perks. The front desk staff did an awful job of explaining what the perks were and how we can access it/times.

All of the staff were great, and the view from our room was wonderful.

No complimentary water during any meals, and we weren’t able to open any windows or doors to let fresh air into the room.

I liked that it was clean . We needed a refrigerator in our room to store my sons medicine and they were able to provide us with it. The hotel was also near a lot of things.

Maybe better lighting, it was a bit dim.

Great location. Facilities are in great shape. Very safe and clean. Staff was also great, always trying to make you feel good. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

Although hotel is good, price is high. It was very crowded and this may have been the reason. It looked like it was sold out but have been in other hotels of same quality and price is much lower. Swimming pool is small.

This was my best experience in all the hotels I’ve stayed at in over 10 years. The food is excellent and the service is kind, friendly and nothing short of amazing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good and the location and volcano view from my room was also good.

The hot water took a little while to get going in the shower.
