We are elderly. The immediate area is interesting, But for elderly pple the streets with hills up/dwn not condusive to walking a lot. Uber rides recommended needed for meals nearby, in/out. The room should have 2 chairs for 2 pple. The Hotel Breakfast is a nice addition to the experience. The Breakfast ladies go out of their way to please, including the room cleaning services were excellent. The nearby area is good for discovering various restaurant experiences. While there, we were lucky to also take advantage of updating dental needs. Great services offered by Dra. Laura Lemus from NaturalDent at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended! Also the Hotel's transportation was very helpful in getting immediate needs met, nearby. We learned that Walmart offers a beautiful Hot Buffet very reasonable on a floor above the store. Hidden out, but very popular by the locals! The Bambuu Mall offers a great Pupusa experience.

For health reasons beyond our control we had to cut our stay short, and return home early.

Please check the negatives on this property. I am giving it a top rating because everything in the control of the property was excellent. Staff- Every single person that I met that works for the hotel was so professional, so friendly and welcoming! Everyone wanted to help and make my stay perfect. Laundry- The staff will do your laundry and have it done the next morning, and it was perfect. It also benefits the staff who get part of the payment. Breakfast- Pay no attention to the "continental breakfast" claim. This is a full, amazing breakfast with eggs, guac, cheeses, frijoles, pan. It is a full breakfast, not a "continental". Internet- The internet in my room, all the way at the end of the hallway, is faster than the internet at my apartment. Location- You can get anything you want within 10 minutes or less of walking. Restaurants, Juan Valdez coffee shop, Road Market for beer or chips, Bambu mall, Museums.

I am putting this here, even though this has nothing at all to do with the hotel or staff. There is a bar just behind the rear part of the hotel. On weekends, the music truly makes you feel like you are at a concert. I like road noise, but this was unbearable, and I could not sleep until 1am, when the music stopped. Ask for a room in the front.

Was able to get a covered parking spot upon arrival. Reception was friendly and helpful. After climbing Santa Ana volcano earlier in the day, the shower and air conditioned room were quite welcome. As were the soft bed and beer from the snack shop near reception. Quiet room. Breakfast was cooked to order in the morning. Hotel is located on a quiet circle in the Zona Rosa. Did have to take uber to/from center of San Salvador, but the wait was never more than a few minutes and the cost was only a few dollars.

The hotel location was great. We had everything walking distance, Shops, food, RX. etc. The breakfast was sensationally great. It was a complete breakfast, hot, freshly made. They had a variety of around 8 dishes to pick from, for example their typical breakfast is two eggs with toast , sweet plantain, sour cream and baked beans. But you can also choose French Toast, yougurt, or have others. Fresh hot coffe or tea and Juice. Just Wonderful!

They barely have change at the front desk. You need to pay with exact amount.

The location was nice for the money I paid, especially since other properties in that area were substantially expensive, but as a solo traveler I think I would prefer to stay in a different neighborhood. The positive about this hotel is that the area is extremely safe, the hotel is nice, staff is friendly and everything; but to is way too quiet for me. I would have liked to see a little hustle bustle of local people around me. So personally, the property was good, but I think I would choose a different neighborhood, hopefully equally safe; especially if you are traveling alone like I was.

The only improvement I can recommend is that even though they say breakfast starts at 6, One day I had to leave at 6:45 so I went at 6:30 and they were still just setting up the kitchen, so I just had a coffee and a banana; which was disappointing.

Great location!! I was very pleased with Hotel Location. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. It’s very safe. Also, great value for your money. I highly recommend staying here if you travel to El Salvador.

Everything was amazing

All the staff was very friendly all the time, they cared to keep the room clean, they had very good breakfast with many options, and the desk and internet were great to work.

The internet goes out every morning for 2-5 minutes, but after that, it works perfectly. Also, the room looks a bit dated.

The location is excellent for going out, the breakfast was delightful, and the staff is very kind and attentive.

The room didn't have terrace but it was in the description, the toilet cap did not open properly, and the window provided insufficient light, The hotel is located near art musean (MARTE) if there is an event going on you can hear loudly.

Very clean. Very modern. Felt very safe and close to alot of shopping and dining. Very conviniently located to almost everything. Staff was great. Very nice. The mini fridge in the room was great! This hotel has a snack shop next to front desk which is always stocked. No need to leave to leave the hotel to grab a drink or a quick snack.

I was looking forward to spending time at the pool but this hotel does not have one. It would be so much better if it did. Breakfast could be better as well. Parking was a little awkward but nothing bad. It has a few parking spots at the hotel so if you park first and need to get out, the staff would need to call the guest parked behind you to move their car for you to be able to get out.

The hotel was in a nice quiet area, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The museum of art was also around the corner. It was comfortable and staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and they had options to choose from.

It didn’t have a view that we had booked but overall comfortable stay!
