The location of this hotel is excellent. It has a cozy entrance, and very clean. The room was exactly as shown in the hotel pictures. I can tell the rooms overall are small, but are well kept and smell nice. I did enjoy the junior suite for the amount of days I stayed. The washroom was a decent size with enough counterspace for my creams and the shower worked well (water pressure and hot/cold water was great). The staff was very nice, and I used their laundry service which was pretty fair in price (did my bit of laundry). My partner stayed in bed during breakfast, so it was brought to his room, which was a nice touch. The cleaning during my stay was also done well.

I only had breakfast once at the hotel (spent most of my mornings resting), but I found it a little bit on the salty side. It may not be an issue for some, but I just prefer less salt. I also understand that the windows are there to introduce more light into the room, but since they face the main walkway and the curtains stay closed, it feels like sound is a lot more transmissible. A clothes iron would have been a nice added touch. Next time I come, I'll bring a mini powerbar since the outlets are limited.

Great location, great room, friendly staff. Only gave 9/10 because they were still working on the property so one morning we had no water, another day we could not sit in the indoor area of the cafe, and an odd parking situation but nothing truly bothersome. We had a very comfortable stay and were able to walk to some really amazing food spots near by! If you decide to do laundry I would not give any whites/lights. One of our shirts went from white to grey, but they were very generous and apologetic.

The breakfast was great, lots of choices, a nice juice, fruits, good coffee and choice of a main breakfast. The location was very good for our needs, lots of restaurants not far away. We had the junior suite and found it very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast bar area also has quite a nice decor.

The staff and atmosphere of Kaleo were wonderful. Kaleo is a wonderful boutique hotel in San Salvador on a quiet tree lined street. Many restaurants are close by, especially the delightful Yuzu restaurant on the same block. Breakfast was perfect for us to start the day feeling great in the tropical air with delicious coffee, fruits, and freshly prepared meals. Our room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and strong AC. We will stay here again upon our return to San Salvador.

The staff was amazing and the property very secure. The location in the city is very convenient, away from the city noises but close enough to La Zona Rosa that you have access to most things.

Would’ve loved a bit more sound proof rooms, but overall quiet. Breakfast is not included. They keep the doors and windows open during the day so no AC outside of your room.

Property was very clean with wonderful staff. Restaurant was great! Shower has super hot water. Bed was comfortable. AC worked very well.

There were a few minor things like the sink faucet being super loose and the hairdryer having wires exposed at the plug which caused it to pop when plugged in.

Very comfortable with excellent AC and WIFI. Beers were 2.5 USD, breakfast included. Perfect location for Ticabus Terminal with 24 hour Denny's, Wendy's (not 24 hr) short walk. Art Museum also close by. Felt totally safe during the day in this area, not saying it was not safe at night, just didn't go out then.

firm pilllows and cozy quilt, Silky toilet paper, Uber fast wifi at 24 Mbps, multiple routers throughout the property for better signal, strong security and someone always at the gate, attentiveness to the staff even when no one else was around, breakfast, decor, everything! Special to note, I booked this place for the desk and lamp, didn't know it was next to an outlet (US) that had two USB slots built in. Combined with super bright natural lighting in my room 11, this was a superb place to get my work done and focus on a serene space Top!!

Junior suite room has window facing main hallway so it can get noisy if there are loud guests.

Great place; walking distance from the 'Zona Rosa', yet very quiet (I slept like a baby) and safe neighborhood; super friendly and easy to communicate with staff, they arranged a pick up from the airport for me (and waited for me because my flight was delayed). I'd stay here again.
