Breakfast was excellent. It includes all the typical Salvadoran breakfast which is known for being very nourishing. I also enjoy that breakfast time would be from 630 to 1030, allowing flexibility for sleep ins and not rushing to breakfast. And the cleanliness is above and beyond anything I've seen in North American locations.

Leaving the hotel was sad. I really miss the place. Superb experience.

Front Desk Staff was great, Breakfast staff was there to please and did a great job. The security also seemed sufficient. The Papaya was great and we had it every morning.The variety of everything made a very good breakfast.

A King sized bed would have been better. My wife said a rice pupusa with chese and mushrooms would be a great dish for her gluten free diet.

I really appreciated the staff at this location. They were beautiful, accommodating, and very professional. I like that they had bilingual persons on staff, it was very comforting to be able to communicate. The breakfast was amazing, the food quality was excellent. The communication about transportation was superb. I love everything about my experience.

The hotel has a prime location. Next to the shopping street, restaurants, cafes, and the mall.

Everything was great, especially the girl working at the reception. She was cooperative and had a unique way of dealing with people. I thank her for her good treatment.

Our stay at Fairfield Marriott San Salvador was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, offering convenience and charm. The location is very convenient, love the shops around, very safe and with a lot of variety

When checking in they told me that they didn't have my reservation, I was very tired from the plane and looking forward to having a good night rest but hearing that they didn't have my reservation woke me up, I waited and they "found it". I checked in and paid for everything up front.

this hotel hast the best location in San Salvador. it is jus t a couple steps next to the biggest mall in our country. really convenient and safe.

l had an issue about the reservation. when l booked my room the one that l selected shows a living room with a sofa. at the time to get my room l got a super small room with no living room space. it was a little uncomfortable to proof to the staff at the hotel that l was paying for something that l wasn’t receiving at that moment. then, they explained that Booking.com has those pictures with this type of amenities that aren’t really available. it’s important to underline that it implies a fake publicity and is so disappointed. Booking.com has to work on it. after a bit of struggles the hotel compensated me with a double rom which l appreciate a lot.

Stayed here for 4 nights... Breakfast was nice, they had bottles of water, fruit, several hot options like pupusas and they rotated other hot options such as eggs, meats, local dishes. Also had teas, yogurts, cereal, juices, breads, milk, etc. The room was nice and comfortable, I felt very safe in this location and the surrounding area. They held my bags for several hours as I had a very late flight. They also had clean bathrooms near the lobby. Was easy to catch an Uber and inDriver from the front of the hotel without a problem. Also appreciated their lower entryway had working plug outlets and a sitting area.

We loved the location and the breakfast and the staff were great. We were able to walk to near shopping center and restaurants

The only thing I didn’t liked was that the washer wasn’t working properly

The hotel is in a very strategic area, with no traffic you could go anywhere from having a coconut at surf city, or taking hike at Ilamatepec volvacano in Santa Ana, but if you desire to stay in specially at rush hour you'll find many amenities in the surroundings. Parking was accessible and included, security was friendly and helpful.

This was our second time staying between a week and we didn't get any discount from the hotel, and it was unfortunately having to get a better rate online other than the hotel itself. Also had to ask to change room, I would've liked to have a different room considering it was our honeymoon stay.
