Location was a huge plus there were plenty of stores/restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and professesional. Hotel was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great and germ free; there waa glass around the food options and the staff served you the options you select. I loved that!

When we arrived at 3am all the doors were locked. Gate keeper fell asleep and we were wondering how to enter for a long time. Our room did not include a mini fridge (my fault for not reading the description). Bed mattress was a worn in. Ice machine was in the lobby floor, which was an inconvenience for us.

Location and clean.

The staff at the front desk were rude. Usually, the front desk personnel are friendly and willing to chat. However, during our visit, the lady at the front desk seemed angry for no reason. My wife and I are friendly individuals, but we found the front desk staff's attitude lacking. On a positive note, the cleaning service at this location was excellent. Nonetheless, the front desk staff could use some improvement in their attitude.

Nice hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bathroom was large and shower had great water pressure and hot water. Decent breakfast was included with the stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not too much to do in the area around the hotel. There are a few restaurants, pharmacies, and convenient stores close by but not much else. A fairly short drive or Uber ride is needed for anything else.

Need improvement: costumer service very poor ( only two girl were polite the rest answer rudely ) , cleanliness on the tables and chairs no good , and very often run out juice , fruit , sweet bread and coffee 😔

It could be better if staff is training to focus on be helpful solving questions ( like I ask for phone number to order pollo campero and the answer was download the app .🤦🏻‍♀️ Couldn’t provide it

The location was priceless, the staff was friendly and attentive to our requests and always ready to guide us in the city. The room was clean and always looked after by the staff every day. Also the breakfast was so convenient to start a day of adventure, and on top at the side of the hotel were three food alternatives for guest to enjoy during the day, in the morning "Pupusas", Lunch "Hot dogs", and finally in the afternoon "Atol de Elote" and "tamalitos" - What a great idea to enjoy the local cuisine. Overall this hotel is up to the standard and beyond - Congratulations, as you have won customers forever and be assure that my relatives and friends will know the good work you are doing in El Salvador.

I would like to recommend to install couple of ceiling fans, and perhaps minimise the noise of the air Conditioning.

Since you don’t have in off help in the breakfast area it will be good if you designated a stand where guest can put there tray and plate when they finish o give them some one that will do the pick up and clean of the tables only

Near to the good restaurant

I was driving a car and took a wrong way. Couldn’t enter a narrow side street leading to the hotel. After that it took half hour to return to the hotel because there was no detour.

Good location, we was close to anything, good restaurant’s, supermarket, retail stores, main roads to go anywhere.

It was very clean, the rooms very spacious and the breakfast it was delicious.

The staff needs more experience in customer service, they are very serious and very rude, some, not all.

The staff was reasonable and accommodating.

The location. It is very difficult to make the turns from La Gran Via to the hotel. I went around the neighborhood about 4 times to make it to the hotel.
