The location is excellent and staff are very friendly. I don’t like the fact that some of the rooms have no fridge. We rented two rooms (King and Double), only the King room had a small fridge. Another downside is the lack of a pool but overall I give this place a 9 out of 10 because location is awesome, prices are very reasonable, very clean facilities, and staff very attentive.

Unfortunaley the breakfast is until 9 am, so I could make it only once. But whenever I did, the only thing I really needed was an espresso which is NOT included, I had to pay extra for it. Wifi connection in my room (#7) was bad, got disconnected several times.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Zona Rosa. There’s a minimarket downstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to let them know if you connect to the wifi but there is no internet. After they fix it, the wifi is fast and stable. I am also quite happy with their hot water. There are a few combinations for the breakfast, so you won’t get bored even you are staying there for a few days.

The service at Terra Bella is incredible. Two notable people were Lisa and Mayra, who went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. This was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. They accommodated every single one of our needs and exceeded our expectations. I can’t imagine our trip without the support of the team at Terra Bella.

The breakfast was great and I loved how clean it was, also my room was very private, I couldn’t hear any noise outside.

Nothing. Just consider where is located, it’s right on a very busy street and it gets tricky to get out of there because of the traffic at peak hour.

Nice place and well located on the edge of the Zona Rosa. Comfortable room and good breakfast each morning. Staff was friendly. Nexy to the Anthropological Museum and El Salvador Hospital. Just a short walk from modern malls.

The night before a national holiday, the restaurant/bar next door was playing music so loud the bass vibrated in the room. Thankfully, it stopped around 11 p.m.

Is a small hotel but very comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The place is close to everything.

The hotel was very nice, located close to quite a few great restaurants. And the breakfast was excellent! Parking was right in front of the hotel.

Our room was quite small for the four of us, but we managed. And the blinds did not really protected the room against the morning light, so the kids woke up very early every morning :P

Location is great, walking distance to stores and plazas. Friendly staff from front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff. During check in they managed to get my rooms earlier. Also, not far from many other tourist attractions like the volcano (Boquerón), Los chorros and Centro histórico.

Unfortunately there was some construction on the street but this was not the hotels fault. Other than that all good.

The hotel looks just like the pictures. It's well-maintained, so I was very comfortable during my stay. The Wifi was fast. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. One guy came to my room to switch my remote and asked if I wanted a blanket because the top sheet was thin and I like to blast the AC. Breakfast had many different options at affordable rates if they we're included already, and everything that I tried tasted great.

If you have heavy luggage, be aware of the stairs! Also, I saw some random hairs around, so the attention to details like that could go far. The soap that they offer are small bars, so if you prefer body wash, you'll have to bring your own.
