Hi, I liked that it was next to the mall and restaurants. Great area and close to Santa elena. The highlight of the stay was the Thursday party held at the restaurant. The menu and drinks are wonderful. Specially the singer "Mario Guerrero" for the evening entertainment Do not get rid of him, Omg, what a voice. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. I would recommend Fridays and Saturday performances too. The personal at the guest services all have a wonderful personality. In addition, "Samuel" from house keeping is a wonderful gentle person. He is so sweet and just a delight to speak with. He does a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and listening to your needs. Other employees who left an impact were two waiters. "Franklin" he goes beyond the call of duty and a hard worker. He was nice and helpful. Provided excellent service to my aunt who is on a walker. She is 88 years old. I appreciated that. Very nice young man. Please recognize him in some way. Another waiter called "Abner". He was extra nice and provided excellent service. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and friendly. But, these two waiters went beyond the call of duty. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. Please acknowledge Mario the singer, Samuel of housekeeping, Franklin and Abner the waiters. They are wonderful people Wonderdul employees. Thank you.

All was great. The people were wonderful. The hotel was at a perfect location. I will definitely return to this hotel from on now. It offers any options for entertainment and food.

I loved our view of the mountains. I really enjoyed the big balcony and I really enjoyed how pleasant and quiet our space and area was. The check-in process overall was fast and easy. The lobby personnel seemed polite and kind everytime I interacted with them.

I did not like how we paid extra for the room to be available early but it was ready as early as we needed it. We waited in the lobby for sometime with all of our luggages and there was a business group there that seemed annoyed with all of our luggages being in the lobby.

Lots of food options in walking distance as well as an enterprise and grocery store. The A/C in the bedroom was COLD and the rooms weren't humid. There are several areas to shop at right outside the hotel; including starbucks, zara, northface, etc. They were actively remolding the sitting area and it was ample and modern. There are also more "authentic" food options that are a few minutes away but as long as you have a working map app, you're good to go. The front desk was able to book us a ride to the airport for my party of 4 plus two suitcases for $35. I'm not sure if I'm satisfied because my initial expectation was low or if this place was just that good. Would def return, if staying in San Salvador,

The pool is on the smaller side but still great. You get an awesome view of the mountains and greenery with direct sunlight. The breakfast was pretty basic for 16.99. I would suggest venturing out a bit for less expensive, equivalent breakfast. Pupuseria Horeb would be my recommendation but be aware they speak little to no english.

Only when traveling for work do I stay in hotels like these that are business focused and have amenities like meeting spaces, gym, pool, etc, but if you are staying in San Salvador this is great base since it close to everything, safe, and there are lots of malls and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good and the pool area is nice place to unwind. Staff is super nice. All you would expect from a Marriott.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast Buffett, it was delicious. The rooms and beds were wonderful, we booked 3 rooms and mine had a jacuzzi, thank you so much I truly enjoyed it. Housekeepers and bellboys were so polite and wonderful smiles. The four of us truly enjoyed the hotel, rooms, and breakfast, the pool had great water

I was supposed to stay two nights at this place but, they had a problem with our room the firs night and they sent us to a lower quality hotel, that was not professional from their side, we were very disappointed.

loved it all, the staff, locations and the safety factor was impressive. the cleanliness as well. and the customer service was out of this world. Ive been to a lot of Marriott hotels and this one talked the cake!! love El Salvador.

Convenient and safe location in San Salvador. There is a large mall next to the hotel. The hotel was quiet and comfortable with great beds. The staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant for one dinner and got breakfasts there. It is an American style hotel.

There were stains on the carpets and easy chair. But not a problem.

It was in a well populated area, that was a nice plaza. Great environment.

My daughter forgot her sweater in the room and we noticed once at the airport. We tried calling, left a message and sent an email to say if they can save it and keep at front desk as a friend can go pick it up for us. However, we still haven’t received a call or an answer from the hotel even 5 days after our initial stay.

Great location in the Gran Via mall and within walking distance of Multi Plaza as well as lots of restaurants. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, great place to stay. We'll definitely come back on our next visit to El Salvador
