Well kept hotel with friendly staff. Only stayed one night en route to Barcelona so didn't use the gym etc facilities but the restaurant had a good buffet selection for evening meal and breakfast. Secure parking under the hotel was useful as there's nowhere else that obvious to park. 7.50 euros per night for a motorbike not the cheapest in the world but when there's no other choice, it's going to happen. Rear view over the rooftops not the best but the nice hills in the background made up for that. Being fair, I was only sleeping there, not buying the place so it doesn't really matter.

We found an offer and I think it was a good value. Rooms are giant but a bit old. You are not going to a new hotel, it is more a classic one. If you are looking for a good option to spend few days, it's a perfect spot.

Parking it's a whole thing. There are many things to comment about this: They don't guarantee you a parking spot. They advice you that it's not recommended for big cars. Trust me, you can do it, I park there a Kia Sportage (2024) They didn't advice you that the ramp that you use to go down it's the same as other people need to use to go out again from the lower floors. So, if you are in the middle of your search and two or more cars are in the same task... good luck. Btw, I parked there a huge car, praying every move that I made? Yes, but we did it. So

Big room. Big comfy bed. Mini bar where we could keep our own milk and food. Close to the centre of town. Good wifi. Paid parking available. Staff really helpful. Great value.

Although there was paid underground parking underground. the parking was really tight.

The location is great. Behind the reception there is an elevator that takes you to the street level of the city's central area. You can walk from there. We did not use it but the hotel has a gym, swimming pool and a sauna. The room was a good size. Had a mini fridge. All clean, beds comfortable. Also several paid public parkings are very close to the hotel.

The hotel has its own parking but it is extremely small: low sealings and very small parking spaces. At the reception the staff told us that the parking is tight but we did not realize how tight it was until we got there. We only paid one day of parking at the hotel (16€) and the other day we used public parking nearby.

Room, spacious, clean and good air con. On site secure parking for motorcycle, lift from garage to reception, so easy to unload gear. We had a really good meal at UDON noodle restaurant, recommended

Restaurant buffet breakfast, caters for coach parties, so a bit busy there. Food ok.

We was told to sit anywhere at the rear of the restaurant for breakfas, we chose a table for 4 due to mobility issues, we was quickly asked to move by a very rude young waitress as the table seated 4 not just for 2. Not a problem we moved to a table in front of the coffee machine. Within 5 mins a young Spanish man sat at the table we was told to move from, not a word was said to him. Being English I feel this was very unacceptable, one rule should apply to everyone, no matter what nationality you are.

The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious. Staff were helpfull and showed how to get around Andorra, the hotel was very close to everything and we liked the gym and sauna. Also the breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Nice view from the breakfast area.

Once you see the pool, you do not wanna go inside... the water needs to be changed daily with this amount of kids and people. It seems like they keep adding chlorine instead of actually cleaning the pool, as the smell is horrible even before entering the pool area. There was no shampoo provided in the rooms.

We were here at the end of October. Not ski season yet. 1. Location is very nice to access the town 2. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and with good variety 3. Pool and Gym are nice 4. Sauna and Jacuzzi are nice 5. We bout lunch 19€ adults and 9€ kids before departure ant it was tasty and fulfilling 6. Parking at the place

Parking is tight. Our car is big. It was a challenge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A hiking trail started directly in front of the hotel. Beautiful view from the roof top (although not entirely accessibile at this time). Small but well-equipped gym

No resting area at the sauna and since the gym is right next to it, it can get very loud. Depending on where your room is, you have to go through the reception to take a different elevator top get to the gym, sauna and the pool. It's nothing really bad to do, but a bit irritating

The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice mountain view. We really appreciated the breakfast selection and the relaxing spa area after sightseeing.
