Unclear information from the hotel on charging electric cars. For those, interested here is a clear explanation: the hotel has two Tesla destination chargers, however, they are both non working (the hotel says sometimes working but not with every Tesla model, which is wrong, these chargers are just DEAD. However, in the same parking places it is possible to charge two cars from two sockets with 13A, and I saw another socked nearby, in the same floor (-2). When entering the garage door with a low-slung car, keep to the right side of the gate, to ensure that the ground does not reach the bottom of the car.

The staff and the location.

It’s a bit old 4 stars but still very good, spa and parking are not included In the price.

Roc Blanc Hotel & Spa enjoys a wonderful location, situated on a lively square with a great selection of bars and restaurants, and right by a main shopping street. The staff are exceptionally friendly and, helpfully, speak excellent English, which made communication very easy. Our room was both comfortable and luxurious, providing a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a generous variety of options including pastries, fresh breads, sliced meats and cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, coffees, juices, and all the delicious combinations you could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Roc Blanc Hotel & Spa to others.

The only thing we regretted was that we were only able to stay for one night – and of course, that is no reflection on the hotel or its wonderful staff. We would have loved more time to fully enjoy everything Roc Blanc Hotel & Spa has to offer.

Everything was excellent, from the effortless check-in with an unexpected and super refreshing cava after a long journey, to the attention to detail through the stay (got a phone call the first day to make sure everything was good, and the room has the best illy coffee machine we ever had in a hotel - my husband wants to replace our one at home now!) to great ski advice, and a thoughtful goody bag with some water and sweets whilst checking out, which one super handy on our transfer to the airport. Fantastic location, lovely staff and great facilities and amenities for a top 4 star hotel.

Everything was perfect for us. Had to pay for the spa usage, but was expecting that.

I stayed over for 2 nights whilst enroute to Barcelona. On arrival I was unable to use their carpark however there's a secured underground carpark opposite for the same rates 28 euros per 24 hours. Hotel location is central to restaurants, bars and shopping. The solarium spa is 24 euros and really worth a visit. The room is comfortable with smart TV, fridge, free safe, walk in shower & deep bath, air conditioning and tea making facilities. Breakfast is first class with a selection of hot and cold foods. Highly recommended

Everything about the hotel was good.

What I didn't like and it caused me some embarrassment was we had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant. When we were finished the head waiter asked for our room number. We assumed the bill would be settled along with other expenses on check out. However I was handed a note in the lobby in front of other guests stating that I failed to pay my bill for our food. So I paid and made my feelings known.

Location, friendliness of staff and views.

Would’ve been nice to get top up of tea and coffee each day. You get one free tea and coffee and then you have to pay for extra? Very odd as nowhere else In the world I’ve stayed has asked me to pay for extra tea and coffee. Also, don’t bother with the spa at the hotel it’s in desperate need of a clean and refurb. The hotel is looking tired and in need of a major refurb. Aircon / heating dials are broken in the room

Excellent hotel for the short stay during the business trips or shorting! Very close to main offices, administrations, shooing streets and malls. Great combination of pricing and quality. Very comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfasts with wine, salmon and different special local meats, as well as fruits and sweets. Personal thanks to every reception manager for their assistance and making trip comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel! Definitely, it worth coming and staying again!

The location is very good, close to everything and has available parking for 23€ per day which is very nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant/bar/cafe on the ground floor has a lovely terrace on the square. Very good coffee too!

Was under the impression that the spa, pool and other facilities of the sorts are free to use for hotel guests. However upon check in, was informed that if I wish to use those facilities its 24€.

Nice location, clean, well appointed.

€23.50 for car parking is far too expensive. We feel duped into paying it when there is a cheaper car park just around the corner. The little things let this hotel down! If you book for one night you receive complementary bottled water, coffee pods, shampoos etc. If you book for more than one night they DO NOT replace these basic complementary items like drinking water, tea, coffee nor toiletries, and they want to charge you €3 each if you dare expect these consumables be replaced! These are things that should be replaced daily despite how long you stay! Also, while some of the reception staff are wonderfully helpful, others are quite abrupt, borderline rude!
