Room was lovely and clean, not the biggest but adequate, we stayed in room 101 at the front of the hotel, being on the main road it was a little noisy apart from 11pm - 6am but I just popped ear plugs in and it was fine. Breakfast was really good - great selection and quality produce. The girls advice on reception was very helpful for buses and such and they also gave us a voucher for 15% off ski rental which was a bonus. Local restaurants are also very good. Thank you for a very pleasurable weeks skiing with my daughter.

It is near a bus stop, which is handy to get to la Vella and to the next valley. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice and hot options. Above all the staff were fantastic. Ruth was especially helpful and freindly. We had a small issue with the heating, Ruth and the hotel manager went out of their way to help. We even booked an extra night that we hadn't originally planned to.

Bed was very comfortable, it's right on the main street with grocery stores close by. Staff was lovely! ❤️ Smart TV with built in apps for your favourite entertainment was a big plus.

I couldn't tell if the air conditioning did what I told it to do on the remote control. Breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than I expected but still fine. The room gets pretty hot if the air conditioning is off or the window isn't open!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, shops nearby, plenty of places to eat around with convenient and secure parking just down the road. WiFi was good.

The room was WAY too warm, almost constantly. A fan in the room in summer months would be a good idea.

Special thanks to the staff, especially Gabriel. Everything was very detailed, they shared maps, helped with parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Awesome breakfast, good coffee, has lactose free milk. I was very satisfied, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really convenient location for the Funicamp gondola. Excellent breakfasts and imaginative dinners. Lovely restaurant staff. Comfy beds. And an extra special thank you to the cleaning staff who kept our rooms spotless.

The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with very friendly helpful staff. The beds and pillows etc were very comfortable and the room was not only immaculately clean but also the perfect temperature. The added bonus of a balcony was just lovely! The hotel manager/owner was super kind to me on what was a stressful non- holiday related trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very chic, with comfortable beds, right in the middle of Encamp. Breakfast was delicious!

The room had only one window which made it a bit dark.
