The location of the hotel is super. It is walking distance from a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and Rubaiyat is right next door! The room is quite large and came with a balcony, a big wardrobe and a nespresso machine and a fridge! Overall, really good property.

They didn't give water in the rooms (filtered drinking water) and there is no water boiling kettle either. The gym could do with some upgraded equipment (think Techno gym Vario) and one of the treadmills needs replacing.

Once again, our stay was perfect! Everything was really good! We came from a big 2 week tour in Brazil and the hotel provided us with everything we need to rest and recover our energies! The staff was awesome, really great! The location for us was algo perfect: near by excellent restaurants and easy to go to Congonhas airport (Guarulhos as well, you just need to book a taxi in advance). Our room was clean and well conserved, everything you could expect from a Hotel (with capital "H") you will have here. Windows have double glass, no noisy from the big city and the air conditioning working pretty good. Breakfast was the best we had in Brazil!!! (and we stay in more than 7 hotels during our trip).

There is nothing bad to mention. Everything was good for me and my wife.

Standard large hotel with comfort. Breakfast had diverse offerings. Swimming pool is a nice touch. Voucher offered for a first drink in the bar. Offers parking service. Individual staff members were very helpful with queries.

Bar area is a 'corridor' and not cosy enough to hang out. Few staff spoke English but we managed.

It would have been nice to know this in advance (while booking or even afterwards, before my stay) as one of the main reasons I chose this hotel were its (supposed) facilities. Alternatively, I would have appreciated a discount offer because of the inconvenience.

There is 220 V electric socket available only at the lobby. Not available in the rooms. All is 110 V. You need socket converter. If not, happy good days without your mobile phone. 😊

The solarium is the best part of the property, with a pool, sauna and a stunning view of the city. The service is excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious.

It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the shower. The breakfast is quite simple, which I don’t think fits the salty price of this hotel. The location is good regarding the neighbourhood, but quite far from any subway station.

Breakfast was excellent with a variety of fruits and breads, eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, cereal and cakes. The hotel is close to shopping centers, grocery stores pharmacies, good restaurantes and a beautiful park.

Location, room and staff. This hotel is very close to my office, so I was able to walk to the place. There are plenty of restaurants around and a little OXXO in the corner of the street.

The staff were very helpful and especially Leilson in the Restaurant and a real asset to the place . We upgraded to a larger room which was nice but I was surprised about the small bathroom. But also very happy to have late check out due to booking.com
