Breakfast was great. My expectations were the usual continental breakfast; cereal, muffins, toast. However, I was greeted Saturday morning to omelettes, sausages, hash browns and waffles. Breakfast was excellent each day we stayed. The coffee is also great: both the Keurig cups provided in the room and the brewed coffee served at breakfast. The air conditioner in the room worked great. Despite being near 30 Celsius outside while we visited it was always nice and cool inside the room. The curtains are great for room darkening and keeping the temp down in the room. The location is great for exploring the city. You're seconds from the EC Row parkway and the 401, and the noise level inside the room was minimal. You would never know that you're that close to the highway or the ambassador bridge. You're a few minutes drive from the river and the trail alongside it.

My only complaint is the state of the pull-out bed in the room. The mattress had seen better days.

The room met expectations, the pullout couch was as expected 'a pull out couch' but the bed had a nice mattress and bedding. The first floor rooms had patio doors for a quick run to the car or fresh air, the AC/Heater kept the room at 72 degrees (our input) even though it was -5 outside. It was a good full buffet breakfast 7-11 (I think we left the hotel at 9) Good selection in the lobby store. Room had Keurig, microwave and fridge. We did a grocery store frozen lasagna in MW from the near by store and it turned out fine. 100 m from E.C.Row expressway. 500 m from the 401. Simple to get downtown. The staff was all great, phoned a local hairdresser for me and booked an appointment then printed out a map on to get there.

TV channels were limited, should have brought HDMI cable to stream from my laptop.

The location. Front desk people. Cafeteria and housekeeping are good. The food there is excellent. Their breakfast is fantastic. The only reason I rated it 8 is because it's a bit old and needs some renovation to look new. Otherwise, it's a great company. I always pick comfort in lm when I go anywhere to travel. They are not cheap and low rated. They take good care of their customers.

During our stay, we appreciated the sliding glass door that led to the parking lot outside of our room. It was incredibly convenient for unloading and loading luggage. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate our needs, like bringing laundry bags.

The bed was not very comfortable. For easier access, a keycard programmed for the exterior sliding glass door would be nice.

It was a great place for extended family to stay for the weekend. I also have to say that the staff went above and beyond when I left my prescription glasses behind in my room after check out. I live three hours away so driving back for them would have been such a pain. I called several times and spoke to a woman at the front desk (I forgot to write down her name, unfortunately). She was awesome at tracking things down and getting back to me. She personally made sure the glasses got put in the pre-paid shipping envelope I sent and the glasses arrived a few days later. Thank you!

One of our rooms had a bit of an odour, but the staff were very accommodating in letting us switch to a new room immediately.

Bed with lots of pillows was very comfortable. Hot and cold breakfasts had a vriety of items to choose from that was good. The room was clean, fridge came in handy, quiet, did not hear the bridge traffic

The standing lamp did not work but really did not need it. The toilet seat was a bit too low with my knee problem. After flushing the toilet, needed to flick the handle to stop the water. Plus, found an ant in the bathroom.

The staff is friendly. And the price was good. The breakfast was very good. The location is very good if you are going to US.

I feel like somebody was smoking before in the room. But we get use to it. However the room was very clean. Air freshener that smell like laundry detergent would be good.

The lobby was nice, clean, and welcoming. The room was so nice, with a living room space. The breakfast was very nice. Love the waffle station. It was quiet, the bed was so comfortable. Will be back.

That the pool was not open. But I did get a nice email before my arrival that the pool was not gonna be open.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Gave us a first floor room at no extra cost. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast well stocked.

Lack of USB connection for my hearing aids. Make sure you bring a plug in attachment. The TV seem to pixelate of and on

The place was fine the only complaint really was that I paid for a queen room I was told it was a queen room and there is no way that was a queen size bed. I have a queen size bed at home so I know what they're like this was a double. But otherwise it was fine.
