Beds were very comfortable, the location is easy to get to, there's a bus stop right outside the doors, it looks quite nice inside, and the staff are friendly.

We didn't know about the construction currently going on when we booked, so that was a bit of a bummer. The construction workers were blasting music outside our room early in the morning. There was also a stain on the curtains and the room is quite dark when just relying on lights. We didn't feel comfortable opening the curtains because the construction workers were right there, so could probably see in. Once construction is complete, this would be like a 9/10 stay, versus the 8/10 I gave this time. I will definitely be back to try this hotel again when it is!

Getting the family out for micro-vacations is now easier, we're staying at this Holiday Inn. Our stay was a thoroughly awesome experience, my wife and I were blown away by the superbly friendly staff at every level. They should be rightfully proud of themselves. We opted for included breakfast and the choices were amazing and high-quality. The strawberries were so enormous my three-year old berry-vore could barely finish one fist-sized fruit. The pool was spotlessly clean and inviting, the pillows were soft and almost satiny feeling. I loved the RCAF de Havilland biplane suspended from the ceiling in the atrium and the historical Canadian barnstormer photographs everywhere. Truly patriotic canadiana that brought a smile to my face. To sum up, we enjoyed everything about our stay and are coming back for sure.

Excellent choice for breakfast.; beds a little too soft; air conditioning unit very loud but efficient; great shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure; fridge very convenient; could use a safe. maybe for rent?

elevator is slow; not clear where to find stairs access for going to main floor is you don't want to use the elevator. Other than that, nothing really.

The food and selection provided was very good. The room was good enough, and had everything we needed. The pool was great. We liked that the parking was free and easy.

The coffee wasn't good and fresh. We had to pay for the 12 year old child's breakfast ( $30 with tips), though on the website it said that the breakfast was included. The child wasn't feeling well, and went back to the room without eating anything. We still had to pay. We didn't like that the coffee was served on demand. You couldn't get tea, coffee or hot water yourself. The hotel is overpriced.

I love the breakfast buffet. There were so many choices. They all taste really good too. Buffet staff were also very attentive to our needs.

I find the reception staffs who helped us in our check-in were talkinh to each other too much. There were no tiwels in the pool when we arrived, so I asked the lady who was in the bar who to call to. She was not very nice in attending me. I thought she did not believe me at first and asked me if I looked arround. The tone of her voice was not too friendly to a guest. The I when to the reception as per the lady's suggestion, the reception guy who was also there during our check in, unfortunately did not seem happy to help me. But the housekeeper who finally brought the tiwels to the pool was very nice.

The location was convenient for my family. There are several restaurants and fast food chain nearby. Less than 10 minutes. In addition, we found several strip malls nearby. There is a supermarket (Super C) nearby for convenience grocery shopping.

Food prices at the hotel restaurant is kind of pricy. I registered 4 person to my room but house keeping keeps providing 3 towels to our room even after I notified the main desk.

The location was awesome and the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and I found the room spacious.

I did not like the fact that breakfast isn't automatically included with our stay. Our daughter had a competition very early in the morning and all of the hotels we've stayed at prior to this one at least had a continental breakfast or something. This time we had to rush to Tim Hortons after checkout to get something for her to have before her competition started.

Perfectly located for me This hotel was extremely pleasant, clean, vibrant and spacious with its open air lobby. Absolute exceptional service at the counter. Basically It turned out as a nice surprise, on all levels. Exceeding my expectations when I booked.

I would have like a room with only one bed therefore a tad cheaper. Why have two double beds when there is only one person. Waste of linen etc and waste of money for me.

It’s a good distance from old port of Montreal and Parc Jean Drapeau. There were buses directly in front of the hotel to take my friends and I for Osheaga very easily. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was also great!

The elevators took a long time to arrive often and there were only two of them.

The hotel is wonderful, with a beautiful atrium, nice restaurant and bar. There is also a decent pool and hot tub. The staff was great and very helpful.

The location is not great, in the middle of a commercial district. My family likes to walk, so this was not ideal. But it is a great hotel and worth it if you will be driving to explore the area anyway.
