The breakfast was super good. I liked to late time for breakfast as our event didn't start until 1:00 pm. The room was clean and comfy but a bit higher prices compared to other hotel I tried.

I think the price should under 150 with tax as the room is the same as other hotels which are much cheaper and they are actually the same types of rooms.

Not enough movie channels in English . Breakfast eggs are dry and pea size fine for 1 night but a ready made egg white omelet would be nice after 4 night stay . Otherwise great choices and would highly recommend ..

Comfy mid-firm bed. Good size room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Fridge and microwave in room. I was able to bring breakfast to my own room and eat safely. All rooms are non-smoking. I didn’t smell smoke except for outdoor designated smoking area.

Breakfast menu lacks variety.

The hotel location was convenient for our trip. The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming. Patio doors to the parking lot right outside our room was very convenient.

The building and room/bathroom are in need of updating, although everything was in good working order, and was clean. A little noisy with traffic on the street outside, but not a big problem.

Breakfast was superb, especially the lovely staff who helped me work the waffle maker and put up with my bad French! Great location! Air conditioner worked amazingly too, I turned my room into a freezer, as I love.

Access from the main street was a bit difficult because of the location after making a U-turn. At night, the signage was not well-lit.

The rooms were clean. The smile from the workers make your day whether it is the reception or the person who make the breakfast.

The snow in there yard was not clean well.

The price and location are good. They have free breakfast.

The air conditioning is not adjustable. It can get hot at night.

The breakfast was fine. The room was quiet. The AC worked well. The location was good for my trip. I liked being able to go for a walk by the Magog River.

I can't think of anything to complain about.

Kind staff, spacious room, clean and decently well maintained, good enough breakfast, lots of storage space, good mirrors, good shower/bath.
