Amazing hotel, location was brilliant. Food choices at the buffet were great at all meal times. The hotel was very relaxing but had entertainment on aswell. Without being over powering. We would definitely return to this hotel after spending many holidays in tenerife!

For us it wasn't a problem due to us being young and fit, however I feel like it is important to note. The hotel itself is split across many levels with lots of stairs to be taken to get between the main restaurant, reception and the pool.

Great all inclusive deal with amazing buffet, nice bars and 2 really good other restaurants. Friendly helpful staff, even arranged for room with shower to use after day by the pool following check out, hugely appreciated before night flight home! Good location for getting around Tenerife. Comfy beds, excellent aircon and blackout blinds. Plenty of loungers available at main pool. Sea views from hotel.

Only allowed one booking at one of the restaurants with all inclusive, but buffet and other restaurant by pool were great.

Super friendly staff - helped us whenever needed, for example a small maintenance issue rectified within a few hours of us alerting them. Great breakfast with a lot of options (we are vegetarian). Pool area and gym really nice - super relaxing atmosphere. A nice walking distance from the beach.

Nothing really. Just note if your room is near the 5th floor terrace and bar, you can hear the evening entertainment in the room, but no problem as doesn't go later than 11pm.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very modern, built into the mountain, garden and pool absolutely stunning, room was extremely comfortable! The entertainment at the bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel!

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. Loved our stay!

The option of booking The Level , breakfast on the terrace . Activities , classes etc easy to book and varied for all abilities. Food was excellent. Entertainment in the evening was of high standard . The Rituals toiletries supplied are of a high quality and the hotel itself smelled delicious!

Guests are allowed to reserve sunbeds by placing towels on prime areas around the pool , and then not actually using them until much later in the day , particularly difficult to get a sunbed in the sun at the level pool. (We chose to use the lower pool) Our room was directly above the main bar and evening entertainment, it was ok for us , but may be a little too loud for some guests .

The food was exceptional, the staff was amazing. Overall it's very clean, with a nice bathroom. The food in the hotel is AMAZING, it is even beyond AMAZING. The restaurant is INCREDIBLE, literally we were in awe of the food for the first three days and then we were just enjoying it.

Unfortunately, in our room at least, some facilities were a bit broken - the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the toilet was being filled with water for a long time and sometimes we could not flush. The internet connection was constantly dying but they were not hesitant to help us and they promptly sent a technician every time we needed help. This has nothing to do with the hotel but the way the island is topologically and the hotel is built on a slope, it takes a long time to leave it and get to the main or secondary gate if you're not close to it. Due to the sheer size of the hotel there's just a lot to walk through.

The hotel’s location is great, the pool in the “The Level” area was excellent, clean, and sunbeds were always available. Beautiful views from the lounge bar and the main restaurant. The staff were extremely kind, especially Natalia (the host), who was always present, polite, and full of warmth and professionalism. The location itself, set on a hillside with many steps, hidden yet well-lit paths, waterfalls, and little corners to spend time in, is just perfect.

The food was decent, but just that – decent. Dinners in the main restaurant were fine, with plenty of options, but the menus repeated quite a lot. Breakfast at “The Level” was good, but there wasn’t much variety. The resort itself is on a hilly area, so during the first few days you need to figure out how to get from one part to another. The elevators don’t connect the entire hotel, so you often have to go from one side to the other. The cocktails, in my opinion, weren’t very good, except for the Aperol Spritz and Mojito. The other cocktails were too sweet.

Liked the buffet restaurant, also the 2 a La carte restaurants. Views from bar spectacular. Easy to get from A to B with lots of elevators.

Air conditioning not great in bedroom. Called engineer twice, not any improvement. Also should have some English channels on TV. From Ireland.

The hotel pool area was fabulous. The property is spacious and facilities are really good. Staff were extremely helpful. Views from the bar and patio area are amazing… wow!

Nothing much to complain about as everything was perfect and so amazing. One minor note to mention is that the property is elevated in location at the top of a hill, a bit of a stroll down into the resort. The hotel itself is spread over many levels, with the pool at the bottom of the site, many stairs to navigate but you can use lifts to get to all levels once you know which lift takes you where. Not really a problem for us.
