Everything was very clean and the hotel had everything we needed to spend the night on the way to Barcelona. The rooms are simple but had what we needed and the three of us didn't feel we couldn't move around due to space. The staff was efficient and kind, which is always appreciated. The parking space was really convenient and the are multiple shops and supermarkets within walking distance made the stay even better.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable (it was more like a thin topper).

It’s what you are looking for in an Ibis at the edge of Alacala de Henares, specially if you are willing to go to Madrid center a lot. Clean, affordable, good customer service and nice cafe options. It is located near to the Garena Train station, access to the high way, good restaurant options nearby.

Rooms need to to be sound isolated, too many couples and it could get weird at times.

Excellent breakfast, great value for money. 24/7 check-in was invaluable, flight arrived late and hire car pickup delays meant arrival after midnight - staff on hand to welcome us. Free parking in hotel grounds.

Very strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, unfortunately no other double room available. Otherwise a perfect stay - and we would definitely book this hotel again another time

I have stayed here before and it is one of the best Ibis Hotels that I have stayed in. Good range of snack meals and close to a number of Fast Food outlets. Comfortable rooms with big bathroom, not the modular type. Good size shower cubicle and a Bidet as a bonus. Ample secure parking, some of it sun shaded.

It is quite a long way out from the city centre but that is more of an observation than a dislike.

The most important aspect is that it is dog-friendly and it certainly is! Although, quite rightly, not allowed in the dining area, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception seating area so that we could stay with our dog. The bed is huge with almost room enough to spread out sideways. The shower facilities are excellent. The TV is well placed in the centre of the wall facing the bed.

It would be helpful to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. A second chair would also be useful.

There were ample parking spaces when we arrived. The room was well appointed with a huge bed. It was very clean and there were excellent shower facilities. There was nice seating area with tables outside. We had a small dog with us and we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception lobby and eat there. Reception staff very helpful indeed. The continental breakfast offered a good range of food. We will almost certainly return here when we next visit Spain.

When a hotel looks after you so well, then you don't like to find fault. The only thing that would have enhanced our stay would have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. By late evening parking spaces were of a premium with people parking on the walking areas.

The hotel was very good value for money in a good location. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Minor point. Would have liked the option of an extra pillow each. There were 2 pillows on the double bed and only 1 extra in the wardrobe. If we’d stayed longer than 1 night we would have asked housekeeping for another. Just would have been good to have it provided as standard.

We were tired when we arrived. We parked easily in the hotel car park and connected our car to the EV charger - free charging was a major bonus. We bought very good food in the hotale that evening, slept well and had a decent breakfast next day.

We had to ask twice for the EV charger to be switched on - but that's a minor point and it was understandable as reception was very busy.

Convenient location. Basic but spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Friendly staff

Not very ‘ real Spain’, kfc, taco bell and soon are the nearest meal choices. Go into town instead! ( uber is 8€)
