Very nice beds and quiet rooms(it was 37 degrees outside but the AC was basically soundless). I slept so well(and I usually don't at hotels). Nice with the pool and outdoor terrace. Good location fairly close to city center(10-15 min walk). Super nice breakfast(with Spanish measures) with lots of fruit, cheese, ham, eggs, vegetables etc.

Not very welcoming service in the reception. The room felt a bit unfinished,furniture seemed unorganised(a crooked lamp in the corner that seemed like it just ended up there not connected). The same with the pool, fabulous roof terrace but they completely failed to create an atmosphere. And the pool did not open until noon which disappointed me because I like a morning dip. No complimentary water in the room which I think is standard in almost all hotels.

The rooms are not large but they are designed well. Our stay was pleasant and the location is perfect. Near centro without so much noise! Luggage room felt secure and the staff was efficient.

TV was tricky to figure out (which was funny because we do think of ourselves as relatively smart people… until that TV). The front desk staff came up quickly when we called and got it straightened out for us in a few minutes. Such a tiny thing, which says a lot about the stay. Hard to think of anything we really didn’t like.

Good fridge. Good shower. V clean. Great location, away from tourist traps, but still right nearby. Delightful man at reception (clean shaven) spoke really good English and was really cheerful and helpful.

No kettle! How hard can it be to supply basic tea and coffee facilities in the room? Staff at reception too busy arguing to greet us as we returned from an evening out. Very poor choices of channels on the TV.

This hotel is very well run and organized in the respect, that everything is very well maintained and exceptional clean! Also, we found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional, we were very well taken care of within the hotel accommodations. Also, to be noted is that the hotel location is perfect for visiting the city, 1 can walk to the center of Alcala de Henares in less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Perfect location for visiting the nearby attractions of Alcalá de Henares. Thank you PCM Forum Alcalá for making our visit a very special occasion!!

Location of the hotel is ok. Not in the Alcala city centre,but city centre reachable. Pool on the roof - very nice place to relax

Missing hygiene tools (like brush for toilet) Missing carpets - the floor was cold and was not fully supporting the general comfort

Convenient location , friendly staff. Very clean.

Not many breakfast options. During my stay at the last night there was a group of students that they were making a lot of noise till late at night and very early in the morning. Hotel management should do a better job by informing teachers to keep an eye on their students. People have to sleep cause next day they have other commitments

Room was clean with a nice view over the park. Beds were comfy. Supermarkets and some restaurants were close. Also going to the Alcana center was not that far.

No king bed, no breakfast and parking costs money, even if they don't monitor it. (There are some free parking near the Hotel).

Easy access to old town-10 minute walk. Hotel nice and quiet except for 1 morning when we couldn't get into breakfast because of coach party. Otherwise good selection for breakfast. Easy parking on the street.

Hot food at breakfast wasn't very hot. Coffee machine a bit erratic.

Beautiful Pool. Very comfortable room, which was spacious. The jet bathtub was nice. Only 22 minutes away from the airport.

The proper need needs to update. It’s room to allow for easier charging of electronic devices. There was no USB ports to allow for charging.

Nice hotel and polite staff, located at a convenient place to start sightseeing . Comforbable and clean rooms. Breakfast was good.

Only one disadvantage - even though the breakfast was delicious, it was the same everyday and sooner or later one gets bored with it.
