Infinity pool and views were amazing. Breakfast buffet was included and good.

Lady who checked us in was rude and offered no information at check-in. We searched around for the pools and restaurants. I saw activities my son would have enjoyed (mini golf) in our last day, but it was too late. She and the other lady seemed annoyed that I spoke English and they spoke with each other while she checked me in and neither looked at me. She spoke English to me and slid my keys to me, then turned away. I then had to ask if she was done with our passports and reach over to get them—still she continued to talk to the other worker. M no other worker spoke to us in 4 days, except the kind housekeepers who greeted us. The rest of the staff should take hospitality lessons from those ladies.

pool facilities were amazing. staff in general very friendly and welcoming. good food.

coffee was not good, niether atvrestaurant and at pool bar (but i am italian so i have high standard on coffee). also, i think the gym could be bigger and better, i was surprised hiw small and little equipment it had.

So much fun, amazing facilities! We loved the buffet food & the pools were the best. The poolside entertainment was hilarious & also peaceful at other times. Room was clean & comfy with amazing views from our balcony. Lovely beaches in short walking distance too.

I experience that not everyone spoke english at the property and this can make difficult to comunicate if you dont speak spanish. In the spa there were any description of the facilities, so I would recomanded to think about that. I was in the jacuzzi and I didnt knew there was a button to press, if there was nowone to show me.

Beautiful design, spacious rooms, a stunning view from our balcony. A very generous breakfast from champagne to churros. Pleasant atmosphere and designed pools.

We were surprised that we had to pay for using the safe in our room!!! Absolutely unacceptable! The acoustics in the restaurant are terrible and this detracts from the pleasant atmosphere and the good service.

Booking charged more than 80% more than the price at the hoyel. We could have had half pension at the place for the price booking charges here
