The view in the room was stunning and looked out right over the bay area. This is exactly what you pay for - to watch the sunset each night. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the added bonus of being able to order off of the menu for certain "fresh" dishes (like eggs benedict) was a welcome surprise. I loved the fact that there were fresh water dispensers on each floor. Had a massage and it was great as well! I would definitely stay here again!

Parking situation wasn't great, but I managed OK in the end. Charging hotel guests for the use of the beach "club" chairs seems a bit ridiculous to me since it is a part of the hotel. This was the only major "turn off" for the hotel for me.

Rooms and facilities were very clean. The breakfast was amazing, best breakfast we have had a hotel. The location was gorgeous, quiet if you want late night life but perfect for lovely dinners and drinks. Areas nearby for nightlife, 15 minutes away in a taxi. Fabulous beach running in front of the hotel from left to right, the ocean is 10 steps from the hotel doors. Small shop a few doors down with suncream, alcohol, small bakery, groceries etc. Lovely local restaurants 5 minute walk.

Nothing, we loved everything. The drinks prices weren’t as cheap as other places in Spain, they were more similar to Ireland prices.

The location was stunning, and the staff were very efficient, and friendly.

The sunbeds were a little expensive, but I was told that this is due to local taxation.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is that I have never had to pay for sunbeds at a property I have stayed in … the only option if you don’t pay the €30 per bed per day is to go and use the beach off property .. you also have to understand this hotel has no outside pool to sit round so you really are restricted … a couple staying a week would expect just a sunbed bill of over €400 which on top of the stay is quite a bit .. I know the hotel say that they provide service for drinks and food from the beds but then so do most hotels … this is my only fault in what was a great week

What truly sold us was the hotel’s unbeatable location—right on the water with direct beach access. Nestled in a charming resort area, surrounded by excellent restaurants and two additional nearby beaches, it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The views and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was generous, the on-site restaurant was one of the best we experienced, and the laid-back live music at sunset created a magical atmosphere. If you have a car and plan to take day trips or explore beyond Sant Elm, there’s plenty of free parking right next to the hotel, as well as paid parking for just €5 a day—super convenient.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but the water view rooms offered stunning scenery. The beds, however, were not very comfortable. The hotel beach has 60 sunbeds, so it’s important to pre-book in advance if you want to avoid the public beach.

Very welcoming staff. And courteous. The manager was very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Decent spa and weight room. Room with a view was 8.5/10. Sunset from the balcony: 10/10. Beautiful location in Sant Elm, a small town with friendly locals and good restaurants.

This was an expensive stay. At about €450 per night with breakfast, I would have expected a bit more finesse, and exclusivity. The hotel umbrellas are ridiculously expensive compared to the 2 beaches on either side of the hotel. Dinner was not great - cold plates and staff, although courteous, lack professionalism.

The private beach was a huge highlight, and our room was a great size with amazing views. The hotel offered a large breakfast spread and was conveniently located near many restaurants and markets. We appreciated the discount on beach club beds, the fantastic restaurant, and the live entertainment in the evenings. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire experience — from the friendly staff to the peaceful setting — made for an incredibly calm and relaxing stay.

From check-in to check-out, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room had a lovely, romantic vibe and offered stunning water views that made the experience truly special. We appreciated the convenient free filtered water stations on every floor to refill our bottles. The buffet breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay!

This hotel is pure luxury, you are made to feel welcomed right from checking in until your last moment! The hotel and rooms are spotless and the staff could not do more for you. The rooms have everything you require for a stay, are cleaned daily and are lovely and quiet. The breakfast is divine, there’s so many choices along with a menu you can order from. The staff are attentive and the food is refreshed regularly. The views from the hotel restaurant are breathtaking, like a postcard, every morning I just couldn’t believe it! The area is a cute little fishing town with plenty of restaurants and amenities along with a regular bus should you wish to adventure further. We felt so safe. Would recommend these restaurants: Cala Conills, Es Moli and Sa Calma. We got take away pizzas one night from trattoria and sat on the beach which was lush! There’s many comments about paying for a sunbed at the hotel, yes that’s true, if you’re on a budget either side of the hotel are gorgeous beaches literally a stones throw where you can get cheaper beds or lay on the sand - it’s really not a big deal!
