Receptionists need more training

Breakfast was fabulous, the buffet was fresh and varied and the freshly cooked breakfast from the kitchen was tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in to when we left.

A bit more information about restaurant opening times, if the water in the room was part of the mini bar etc, ie readable housekeeping information rather than trying to find it all online

very nice hotel, we were upgraded to a bigger better room because our original room wasn't as expected.

the room we got at first was on the "smelly" side ,and the cieling fan was really loud. we asked a different room so we were upgraded to a really bigger nicer room with nothing to complain about...real perfection. two days after we checked out, we recieved an e mail that we were charged for things we took from the mini bar. i wrote an e mail that there was no such thing and we were refunded. i would expect nothing of all that at this level, but still everything was delt with at the end.there is no parking solution so parking the car for a day is an extra 50 euros.

Absolutely everything was perfect - the epitome of class and luxury! The location is perfect, the hotel itself stunning and beautiful, the service was amazing, the room was off the charts good, the breakfast buffet perfect, the communication before check in on point, etc etc. What we really loved was the attention to the small details that typically make a real 5 star experience - the turn down service in the evenings, the way the room is appointed, the scenting throughout the place… Just amazing!

The location is fabulous! Just a short walk away from most attractions and the sea front. It's a lovely historical building in a historical location. The room was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom, all spotlessly clean!

The dining service was slow, and we weren't made aware of the breakfast buffet until our last morning. The (pedestrian) street noise was quite loud, but the hotel provides ear plugs...

Breakfast was good, Could have been a bigger selection. The location was excellent.

I do not think moving the breakfast location to your sister hotel will work or is acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Having to walk across the courtyard to the buffet does not work. On Saturday morning the curtains were open and it was cold in the restaurant. Also, if it is raining, what do you do?

Staff were excellent. Tolo, Cristina, and Tina went beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They made sure to recommend excellent restaurants and provide information for places to visit.

Nothing not to like. Room was spacious and clean. Luxurious surrounding and very comfortable and peaceful.

The hotel is off a little back street, not far from the center of Palma, lovely little entrance into the hotel with an inner courtyard leading up to the various rooms. Don't be put off by the street view if you look it up on Google Maps. Room was really well decorated, exceptionally clean with some gifts throughout our stay (I'll leave you to find out what these are). Breakfast was from a menu, a good selection of freshly cooked items, you can order as much or as little as you like. We didn't eat in the evenings in the hotel in the end, with plenty of restaurants in Palma to explore & choose from. Really friendly staff, coffee on arrival & nothing was any trouble.

The only thing we didn't like, our room was directly above the courtyard which was lovely, apart from when we headed to bed, the noise from diners below was really loud, the shutters from our room overlooking the courtyard below, didn't quite close properly & didn't do much for any sound deadening. This is the only grumble we have on an otherwise lovely few days stay, will definitely return to this hotel (but maybe have another room!)

Breakfast was exceptional. Varied, well cooked and presented. Breakfast staff were excellent 👍. The wellness spa treatments I had were exceptional 👍

Instructions how to use coffee machine. More choice of teas. Better storage as open wardrobe was totally impractical to use as too tall. Nowhere to put hand towel after you used it. Instructions on use of TV and available channels.

The location was fabulous and room size great.

Service or lack thereof! Definitely not 5 star! We had a check in between 7-8pm and when arrived no one at reception and sat ringing bell outside for a while! Not clear instructions on how to find WiFi in the room etc. Breakfast again no staff around to get coffee etc.
