First of all great praise to the staff of Puro Grand. They, above all, made my week's stay really enjoyable. Camila, Natalia, Luciano and Anna were always ready to make me feel quite at home and provide tips for my first ever visit to beautiful Palma. And Gabriela in the dining room made sure that my breakfast experience was always perfect. I loved the location of the hotel, tucked away in the narrow streets of the Old Town, which is adding a touch of Rodeo Drive and Palm Beach glam to this smart historic area, with its high-end shops and art galleries. My room was extremely comfortable with extra special touches: Netflix and Prime Video available, a Bose portable speaker, and a small outdoor space. Breakfast offerings were creatively prepared and delicious. And the glorious cathedral only a ten-minute walk away.

A small quibble: one could at times hear the noise from guests dining in the courtyard below but this was not a real problem. The building itself is probably the restoration of a former palace, with amazing high ceilings and solid walls.

Receptionists need more training

Incredibly beautiful place with superb service and best restaurant Sukalde. The design of the room is chic with natural and premium bathroom essentials and the best bed mattress I've slept so far, like on a cloud. We just loved the Sukalde restaurant for it's delicious food and quick service. Veal cheek, grilled octopus, grilled artichokes and tuna tartar were mouth watering and just the best among all places we have dined so far in Mallorca.

Nothing really. Maybe worth thinking of installing a shield to avoid the a/c blowing right onto the bed, as it might be uncomfortable for someone. You should also bare in mind that it's difficult to approach this hotel by your car as the old town streets are very narrow and Waze navi tajes you to a wrong turn, so it's better to park first in the public parking nearby and walk down to the hotel in just 3 minutes, it's very close anyway.

Breakfast was fabulous, the buffet was fresh and varied and the freshly cooked breakfast from the kitchen was tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in to when we left.

A bit more information about restaurant opening times, if the water in the room was part of the mini bar etc, ie readable housekeeping information rather than trying to find it all online

very nice hotel, we were upgraded to a bigger better room because our original room wasn't as expected.

the room we got at first was on the "smelly" side ,and the cieling fan was really loud. we asked a different room so we were upgraded to a really bigger nicer room with nothing to complain about...real perfection. two days after we checked out, we recieved an e mail that we were charged for things we took from the mini bar. i wrote an e mail that there was no such thing and we were refunded. i would expect nothing of all that at this level, but still everything was delt with at the end.there is no parking solution so parking the car for a day is an extra 50 euros.

Absolutely everything was perfect - the epitome of class and luxury! The location is perfect, the hotel itself stunning and beautiful, the service was amazing, the room was off the charts good, the breakfast buffet perfect, the communication before check in on point, etc etc. What we really loved was the attention to the small details that typically make a real 5 star experience - the turn down service in the evenings, the way the room is appointed, the scenting throughout the place… Just amazing!

The location is fabulous! Just a short walk away from most attractions and the sea front. It's a lovely historical building in a historical location. The room was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom, all spotlessly clean!

The dining service was slow, and we weren't made aware of the breakfast buffet until our last morning. The (pedestrian) street noise was quite loud, but the hotel provides ear plugs...

Breakfast was good, Could have been a bigger selection. The location was excellent.

I do not think moving the breakfast location to your sister hotel will work or is acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Having to walk across the courtyard to the buffet does not work. On Saturday morning the curtains were open and it was cold in the restaurant. Also, if it is raining, what do you do?

Was surprised with a room upgrade into one of the most beautiful, luxe hotel suites I've ever stayed in. Breakfast range was excellent. Service attentive. Location absolutely perfect for my first days in Mallorca.

Staff were excellent. Tolo, Cristina, and Tina went beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They made sure to recommend excellent restaurants and provide information for places to visit.

Nothing not to like. Room was spacious and clean. Luxurious surrounding and very comfortable and peaceful.
