Lovely setting, in a vineyard. Near a busy main road but you will not hear any traffic. Not the easiest to find but if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel it becomes very easy. Lovely rooms to stay in, it felt when you opened the shutters that you were in the middle of the countryside. Very nice greeting on arrival, spoken in English and staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast, with some of it cooked and in the evenings you could eat in the restaurant or on the terrace. Menus supplied in many languages.

The room doors could be a little difficult to unlock and also close. We heard a bit of banging every morning.

The location was excellent. The property is off the main highways and relatively quiet. It is close to the village of Aranda de Douro. We initially got a room that was facing the highway but managed to move to a different room with a view of the vineyards. If I recall, the breakfast was Ok. The staff were very helpful. Although it was not part of our original plan, we managed to join the wine tasting session in the evening. The session was managed by a person who was extremely knowledgeable of wines and in particular the Ribera del Deuro region.

Peaceful location a few minutes from Burgos to Madrid motorway with pretty gardens. Comfortable room suitable for someone disabled. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ample private parking, some of which is sheltered.

Regretfully the restaurant has a limited choice and we were disappointed with our three course dinner which was very simple and required little culinary expertise, and in no way warranted the price charged. In my opinion the hotel falls between a budget hotel and a true 4 star hotel, but is neither.

Torremilanos Hotel is a beautifully decorated grand vineyard hotel. The view of the vineyards and gardens from our room was stunning. The king bed was super comfortable. They offer a great wine tour of the organic vineyard that you should not miss. Carlos, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and offered many interesting details about the vineyards, cooperage and the winery. The breakfast included was excellent with lots of variety. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Everything was good.

The location of the hotel was excellent for us being about 3.5 hours to our return ferry from Santander. We followed the location instructions provided by the hotel and they were excellent. The building is splendid as are the rooms ours having a sitting room, marble bathroom and bedroom with very comfortable beds. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals and the breakfast was more than adequate.

The plumbing from an adjacent room was noisy although we appreciate this is not something that can be easily fixed in a building of this nature.

A superb hotel in a wonderful setting. The staff were very friendly and looked after us extremely well. We had dinner on the terrace, which was really nice and the restaurant where breakfast was served was also very good. A meal there in the winter would be very pleasant. Information about the hotel was good in that we were told up front that weddings take place at he weekend in the summer. This didn't affect us but it is nice to get that sort of information. The room was everything that it should have been.

Lovely building surrounded by vineyards what’s not to like. Booked Superior Room, large comfortable room with view of the vineyards. Ate in the bar area at night, food was tasty and wine delicious.

If I was being picky being given long life yoghurt at breakfast was disappointing. I understand why properties do this but fresh cold yoghurt would be better for a hotel of this standard.

Even though I was unwell upon arrival the Staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. The breakfast ordered for an early start, 07:30hrs, was more than expected. I wanted to sample the Bodega wines but was not able to do so, this means we will have to return in the near future.

As I was unable to use any facilities I cannot comment. Every thing I did experience was fine. As in almost every Hotel I stay in there is always some minor issues with cleanliness, but this Hotel was better than most.

Beautiful hotel in glorious setting. Working winery. Miles of vines. Stunning and lavish interior decor. Most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Just a wonderful place

Understaffed. Poor guy in the bar was also the only waiter and was too busy and hot. He was charming and friendly but we felt sorry for him. He was there doing breakfast the next day too. The menu wasn’t great. Not expecting burgers for dinner in a hotel like this.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a feel I would call "lived-in elegance." The staff are wonderful! They responded quickly and clearly to questions I had before we arrived, and when we did arrive, and found no taxis at the bus station on a Sunday afternoon, I emailed the hotel and the afternoon desk manager called a cab for us. He also moved us up to a two-room suite, on a corner, with its extra windows. If you're in Aranda de Duero at all, you're presumably there for the wine, and the wine they make at the Torremilanos bodega is excellent.

The hotel's weak point is its restaurant's food, and that's more of a problem than it might be because it's well outside of town and without a car, there's really no place else to go.
