Wonderful location across from the gorgeous historical palace. Very good place to stay instead of the busy Martrid..Only 40 minutes drive to Madrid.Great overnight location with lovely walking garden of the palace nearby. We were surprised at how beautiful it was, and how unknownv and tranquil. Free street parking available nearby, also hotel has paid parking. The room was very large and lots of amenities.

The restaurant food was not great. A nice restaurant that was hardly frequented, but the food was mediocre. The chicken Salad was is overwhelmed with dressing, and hamburger was topped with too much cheese and the quality of meat appeared to be prepackaged quality. For the same fixed price menu we had the loveliest meal at the NH Collection in Caceras the next night. This hotel needs to improve it's restaurant food.

Well appointed hotel right in front of the Royal Palace so a great location for exploring the attractions, gardens etc. The hotel was nicely decorated, staff very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with everything you could want for a short stay, we had a great view of the hotel, unfortunately this is right on the main road so although it was not really busy you do get a bit of traffic noise.Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good with an ample selection.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the quality of food in the restaurant, it wasn't bad but not very exciting and menu was a little lost in translation. The hotel would be better with an upgrade to the restaurant standard.

The room was very spacious, with a king bed, a mini bar, equipment to make tea and coffee, a door to close off the room from the hallway and bathroom. We really enjoyed this room! The style of the hotel has a luxureous feel, warm and inviting. The breakfast was very good. It was in buffet style, and with more options we've ever seen in a hotel. And the food was of outstanding quality, the best we've ever had in any hotel so far! The price for breakfast was quite high, but you really get value for your money. The underground parking was also a great amenity. Gave us peace of mind, knowing that our car wasn't out on the street. And the staff was very friendly. We would really recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Madrid area.

There were only two minor things. We were waiting for the elevator to come down to the basement, but it was constantly going up and down between the upper floors, so in the end we took the stairs. Which was quite frustrating. Also, the door of the elevator closes veeeeery slow. The second thing was the shower. There's no thermostatic faucet, so the temperature constantly switched from cold to hot to luke warm. That was uncomfortable.

We had such a lovely stay here, and our pet was just as welcome as we were! The room was really spacious, the beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was huge with some really nice bath products too. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with lots of great options. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the palace. We’d definitely come back!

If I had to mention one small thing, the cleaning could have been a bit better, but overall it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location for a stay in Aranjuez with delightful view to the Palace. Lovely room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly with easy access to walking around the plaza and town for our dog. Easy to wander to the town where we found a great tapas bar. Easy to eat locally and safe to wander around at night. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment.

It would have been nice to have another food option rather than the formal restaurant. However the town is on the doorstep so easy to find somewhere to eat locally.

Loved the location close to the palace and all the gardens, so convenient. The staff could not be more helpful, especially Sergio on reception and Elena at breakast. Everything was spotless. Also the entrance to parking is easy and also there are two electric parking bays. Parking is €17.50 but the charging is free.

The hotel is not responsible for the following obviously, but we have to mention our disappointment is the large neglected building beside the hotel which is covered with graffiti and looks like it is partially occupied by squatters. It affects the tourist area across from the Palace and makes you think about safety at night time.

Our 2nd stay this year en route back to a French ferry port. Comfortable room and good bathroom. Very friendly staff especially the reception staff - welcoming our dog with a dog treat and ball - much appreciated. Great location opposite the Palace. Good breakfast.

Food choices in restaurant not very extensive. Bar area a little impersonal. € 35 charge steep for the dog.

2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel as the Location is brilliant! Room oustanding! Breakfast wonderful selection. Emilio was yet again outstanding as were all the staff we encountered! Barman was great and served us very well. Accepted out 2 little dogs without any fuss at all and made us very welcome. Plenty of lovely bars restaurants within a few minutes walk. This will always be our preferred stop over en route to Marbella every year.

A super hotel right next to the gardens and palace of Aranjuez. Easy to reach and parking in front of the hotel to make the check-in easier. We had booked a place in the parking garage and were offered an upgrade for a room which included the parking. We got one of the best rooms in the hotel with views to the palace and a "royal" balcony ;-) The room itself was -very- big with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The food on offer at breakfast is amazing. It is a pity you cannot eat all that is on offer... Staff were very friendly. So we think this hotel is highly recommendable! Aranjuez itself is well worth the visit. Stunning gardens and buildings.

On entry to Hotel the Aroma was beautiful. The welcome by Emilio was exceptional he made us feel so welcome And did everything possible to ensure our short stay was perfect. Every Hotel needs an Emilio and working along side Kiara who was also exceptional seemed the perfect match. We had stayed in Aranjuez a few times before but not at this Hotel but will not be looking any further than the Palacio for our future visits. Our 2 small dogs were welcomed and this made it easier for us to relax. (See how chilled they were in the Pic) Breakfast was well worth the price and everything was so fresh. The location couldn’t be better and it was the perfect stop over for us en route to Malaga.
