loved the area the hotel and staff breakfast was fab

not alot to do if you don't have a car, maybe we were to early as the outside pool bar hadn't been finished which was fine for us by no form of entertainment,maybe as there wasn't alot of people may not the best time to go as all the Chirinquitas shut at night did use the bikes a couple of times as great on flat area next down ayamonte is just a small town and as expected everything shuts in the afternoon but great atmosphere in the morning

great location close to the beach, the outdoor pool was also really nice if you felt like staying in. the pool bar had a few cocktails, wine and beers on their menu. we got to have a wine tasting of their wine when we arrived. staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!

unfortunately our room had a leak coming from the ceiling, but the staff was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding another room for our stay and offered us a compensation.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was wonderful and the beds (even daughters extra bed) were very comfortable. We loved the pools and the daughter was always entertained with all the activities. The buffet restaurant was good and plentiful. The Staff was 5 Star all the way, can’t say enough good things about them. We loved the short distance to the beach and the surrounding area was great for walks and very safe and calm.

We are experienced in the all inclusive type holiday, therefore we noticed that there is room for improvement in this area. Although the buffet restaurant was good, the in between hours were seriously lacking in options. It left us feeling like there was no difference in opting to pay for all inclusive instead of full board. In other all inclusive resorts the snack hours offered many more choices, freshly cooked food etc. I would say this is the only negative during our stay- we felt we had to load up during the buffet hour so that we wouldn’t be hungry during snack time. For all inclusive holidays we really want to feel like we can eat well at any hour. The other negative would be the price for parking in the hotel, it was absurd really. We opted to park in the street and saved a bundle.

Hotel is very nice, personnel is friendly and pool and beach are perfect. Food was just OK (not bad not good) and if we stayed longer it would probably start repeating itself.

Beds were terrible, very hard, old and uncomfortable. There was the smell of sewage from the toilet. We must pay sunbed and umbrella on the beach despite the fact that we were all inclusive guest.

the place has everything you need. Rooms are confortable just the air conditioning is not good, so if you want to have a nap on the middle of the day that would be the worst place to be. Apart from that this place is wonderful, with everything you need to make the best of your stay. the pool are very nice, plenty of sun beds (mid October), you can get towels and a beach umbrella at the front desk (they will ask for a cash deposit). The beach is one of the best I have been, warm water, shallow (perfect for kids), soft sand and private. Near the hotel there are a few restaurant (expensive if you get the catch of the day but worth it). There is also free parking in front of the hotel but hard to find a spot even over low season. Breakfast was good with many options to pick from. they also have a bag room and an area where to get change if you want to spend more time at the beach or facilities on the day you are checking out.

Air conditioning is very bad though I heard it was because some government rules.

A very comfortable stay in this large hotel. Excellent situation made for a very enjoyable visit.

For computer users, WiFi is very good, only problem - I had to move a very heavy desk to access a socket for my computer which was located behind the desk, otherwise I would have had to have an extension cable draped across the room. This needs to be recified urgently.

The pool is amazing and the access to the beach is really easy. The rooms are comfortable and quite big. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well.

The pool bar is open only between 13.30 and 15.30 for non-all-inclusive guests. This is a bit frustrating since there are not many open amenities around. The most frustrating bit however was that between our room and the neighboring room there was a door and we could hear everything. Luckily our neighbours and their baby were quiet.

Loved the hotel structure, the bedrooms, and all the facilities and the All Inclusive. Excellent Pool with warm water. The staff very nice.

Just that the wifi signal was not very strong in tbe pool areas...just bar and reception. (Rooms all good)

The restaurant serves excellent food, the pool is suitable for all ages and the hotel is spacious.

Personally there were too many babies and small children, for me; specially noisy in the restaurant, which was surprising for a superior 4 star hotel, at this time of year.

bed a little hard, expensive to eat in eve if not all inclusive ie you have to buy a ticket at 50euros , we only wanted a snack late at night so went to a tapas 20 minute walk and had a small meal at 12 euros each , queues at reception annoying ,
