I thought the apartment was lovely! as well as the facilities! everything was clean! the children's swimming pool & park was located right outside our apartment! which was ideal! the food available at the buffet was also exceptionally nice! the beach was also located less than 5 minutes away! we thought the minimarket was convenient! and there was also a local restaurant that my children really enjoyed! it was a great holiday! the staff were also very friendly & helpful!

unfortunately we went slightly out of season so it was hard for us to venture to anywhere else other than the the area we was based (as the taxi service available was quite expensive) We would have liked to have done a boat tour but it would have costed us alot to go the place(s) to do one! unfortunately the bus service doesn't run till later on in the year so we was abit restricted, although for the length we stayed (3 nights, 4 days) we had enough to do during that time.

The hotel has everything for a comfortable stay, especially for families – good food for breakfasts and dinners, fairly spacious apartments with possibilities for cooking, grocery stores nearby, three pools and proximity to the sea. We appreciated the kid-friendliness of the hotel and especially the energy of the animation team – our daughter keeps talking about them and dancing to the songs of the mini disco. The hotel also makes an effort to reduce single-use plastics, which is particularly visible in the restaurant area (it's great without all those single doses of jams, butters etc that hotels usually have).

There was a strange smell in our first apartment, but we could move to another one upon request. The breakfast was nice, but it could perhaps be a bit more varied, with some small changes in things to choose every now and then.

The food was tasty - both breakfast and dinner as we did half board. Things were replaced fast enough. The location was lovely as always and it was nice to enjoy the garden area around. The apartments are spacious, close to the sea. The activities for the kids are nice.

The beds were too hard. It seems like one of the TVs that was in one of the bedrooms was missing. The cleaning, including changing of towels was done too late. It was offered twice during the week when we were there - once on Wednesday when we had been there since Saturday and once on the last day, and we did not need it on the last day. A change of sheets bedsheets would have been also nice, even just once.

We stayed in this complex just for 5 days. To be honest I was afraid that this place will be very bad because we paid so little but I must admit that I was very impressed. Great value for money, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very nice size living room and fully equipped kitchen. Accomodation 4/5 stars (taking into account how little we paid. Our 7/8 years old kids love it kids pool and the main pool as well. Beach is just 2-3 min walls and its amazing, very clean, also very shallow so you can alow your kids to play in the water without stress. I will fully recommend that place to all families and we will be back there.

The location is great, there are a couple of swimming pools and a mini water playing area and just over the road there is the lovely beach. The breakfasts and dinners were plentiful and varied. The gardens are beautifully maintained. The rooms comfortable and the apartments are the right side to have enough space and rest even if you are a bigger group. The staff were always very kind and helpful and smiling. The contact with them was personal. The box for recycling beach and pool equipment was a great touch.

The check-in took quite long and there was a bit of waiting at the reception. Other than that there is little I didn't like.

The place is really nice, the two pools are great for kids and the rooms had almost everything. The guys of the kids club were AMAZING, sweet and fun with our daughter who love playing and dancing with them! The restaurant has good choices for adults and kids. Plus it's really close to the sea

The third bed for the kid was a convertible sofa so it was neither comfortable as bed nor as sofa. The curtains were too thin, and the blinds too large, at 6:30 it was like being outside in daylight

Food was exceptional (great choice and incredibly tasty), quiet location near by very nice beach was awesome (and the temperature of the sea 27 degrees at the end of September was very pleasing). 2 bedrooms apartment was spacious and hotel's kids playground was very nice. Pools were a bit cold, but very clean. Food shop and pharmacy were just next to the suite complex.

Beds were very hard, although not so uncomfortable as it seemed on the beginning. But long narrow pillows were quite difficult to deal with. We would also appreciate at least one window covered with mosquito net, so we could safely ventilate the rooms without noisy air conditioning. Our little daughter had 15 mosquito bites in two nights (although we always found only one mosquito in the morning). We needed to buy some plug in repellent and some repellent patches :0( That helped. It would be nice if dinner water would be included in the price of the half-board.

No restaurant at the hotel (but several closeby)

Spacious apartment, basic, but clean & modern with a good size balcony. Apartment had a small kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, DeGusto coffee machine). Hairdryer, ironing board and iron, clothes dryer on balcony also provided. There are also two washing machines & a dryer(€5) in the reception area so if you like travelling light it’s very handy. We had an evening flight on our last day and they have a showers to use to freshen up before heading off to the airport. Very convenient & considerate extras to make it less stressful!

Our air con didn’t work and kept tripping. On the last day we found out that the previous occupants also had problems and had asked reception to sort it out. Clearly needs to be properly fixed - if the air con had worked properly I would have given the accommodation 10/10.

Everything you might need on your vacation is available at this hotel and the staff is super nice and helpful! We were even able to play padel! Also the hotel is right next to the beach and has two pools And when we told the reception that we were there for a pre-wedding vacation, Teresia was kind enough to make sure we had a nice bottle of sparkling wine with a cute note in our room!
