Very comfortable beds and pillows, room is spacious and very clean! Location is very good, Sants metro station right at the doorstep, Sants trainstation a few minutes away, but as Barcelona is quite flat you can walk everywhere too! - I did walk to La Sagrada Familia from there

Nice hotel. Very close to the subway, just 2 min. walk. L3 subway quick to center. Big bed with comfortable firm mattress. Good restaurant in the hotel.

According to the publishment of booking.com we were supposed to get free airport transfer for bookings over 580 euro, but this wasn't possible to get although we sent requests, also by mail and by phone. So this added up another almost 80 euro roundtrip. This is in fact not to blame the hotel as this is not their responsability, but the responsability of booking.com. who should have provided the free transfer.

The location of the hotel is the best. The central train station is a 5 minute walk. The Plaza Espanya is a 15-minute walk. The metro station L3 named Sants Estatio is a 2 minute walk. The breakfast is amazing for a 4-star hotel, even you can do fresh orange juice with automatic machine. Just from oven, different kinds of bakery will make you happy and ready for the day.

The room equipment was old. And the lights in the room left to be desired.

I really liked the room. It was big,clean and we got our wish for a bathtub. The cleaning was done properly and the staff was kind. The metro station and bus station was really close to the hotel. The hotel also had 24 hour supermarkets around.

Sometime the taxi took some time to get to the hotel. But overall very nice experience.

Clean, modern look, good facilities, spacious room and bathroom, on-site restaurant, perfect location for public transport, parking possibility in the garage in front.

Windows with non-existing noise cancellation, road noise level sufficiently reducable with ear plugs but still unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. This is the only reason why I can't recommend it unconditionally.

Convenient location close to the Renfe and metro stations, overall experience was good. Good variety of local cafes and restaurants nearby. Spacious and clean room.

The furniture and appliances, elevator, doors, tubs, etc. both in the common areas of the hotel and the assigned room they felt a bit outdated. Not that I dislike it to be honest but It was pretty noticeable.

The staff was professional and welcoming, providing a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.

The room had carpet flooring, which we personally didn’t like. It also had only a bathtub with a shower curtain, which was a bit inconvenient as it tended to stick to you while showering. We didn’t ask if rooms without carpet were available, so perhaps they do offer alternatives.

location- very close to Sants station for the airport, with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. liked the fluffy towels, big comfy bed, provided slippers and dressing gowns. friendly staff, room light , airy and comfortable.

only one capsule of decaf for coffee maker. I probably could have got another one if I’d asked, but we were a bit tired and in a rush, so didn’t bother

The room was really luxurious! The hotel was very helpful in keeping our luggage secure during the day, and the loan of an umbrella was most welcome! The location could not have been better for Barcelona Sants station and the TGV back to Paris. There's also a Lidl just round the corner for those value bits and bobs!

I like this hotel very much, breakfast is great

Everything went well in this visit, just beware of the rooms facing the internal tiny "courtyard" - it's really more of a large chute. I didn't get it this time but did last time and luckily they agreed to move me after arguing a bit. That aside, good hotel
