Very well located hotel just off the Ramblas and a stone's throw from the Liceu metro stop. Very clean; room was cozy and comfortable with reliable AC and a nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Hotel feels very safe with a secured front door.

The night reception staff were off-putting. They weren't at the desk, would let us in when we rang, and then then would disappear into the back. Once I wanted to ask a question but the staff disappeared before I had a chance. Breakfast buffet extensive, but I've had higher quality in less expensive hotels. For the price I would expect better manners and better food.

Our room was a little small but all other facilities were good. Would be good if there was a kettle in the room.

The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and was really easy to come back to throughout the day. The breakfast was basic but enough to get us going for the day.

The room was very warm and there was a lot of noise on the street on one of the nights but as we were fairly central, this was to be expected.

Very near metro and restaurants. The staff also call taxi in the early morning for us since there's no Uber or train available.

I loved the central location, the shower was large and bright. The breakfast is delicious - cheeses, fresh vegetables, different types of pastries, bread, eggs, fresh juices. The room was carefully cleaned every day. Service at the front desk is always helpful and with a smile.

My daughter and I were in a standard room at the hotel. It is really small and crowded. The view we had from the fifth floor is a building that is currently under renovation. There is no kettle in this room. The pillows were not comfortable for me. The water flow in the shower was a little weak.

Rudeness of some staff!!! i sent them a message after booking they didn’t reply! They took an amount of the first night although i booked the pay at property ( without noticing me) when I inquired they replied in rudeness! Also when I asked about late check out one sounded the manger answered not respectfully although I asked politely with a smile … also no Kittel in the room what sounds weird nowadays

Location very close to Metro station (Liceu), La Rambla, great restaurants, bars and cafes. 5 minute walk to the water front, 12 minutes to Place Catalunya, 30 minutes to Barceloneta beach. easy check in. Felt safe as there is always someone at the door. There is also a safe in the room for valuables. Cleaning staff is very cheerful and efficient. Bed had fresh linens every day. Room was clean, renovated, luminous, with a real large window facing either Carrer del Hospital or pedestrian aisles. There is A/C or you can open the large window. Room was well sound proofed, did not hear anything. Room had convenient power outlets to charge phones next to bed overnight, but no USB plug, bring an adapter if you are from outside Europe. Shower was hot and strong. There is a full length mirror which is appreciated. Wifi was good also.

Bed was a bit stiff and did not sleep that well. Pillows are not full width, but okay. Minor detail: wardrobe is weirdly designed as it has an inconvenient sliding door, where you can’t really access your hanged clothes easily.

It's a good place to stay neear the ramblas and lá boqueria! The staff was very friendly and helped me!!! With you need transfer, book before The breakfast was very good but a little expensive! At night, dont walk behind the building but in the day is very good and safe The bedroom was comfortable and the right size! Internet was good as well! You can work remotely from there There's frigobar <3 You can go to any place by Walk or take the metro
