Location was perfect. The apartment is located just off La Rambla, near Liceu metro station, making it easy to get to the main tourist attractions of Barcelona.

There is a lot of noise during the night, mainly due to other guests returning to their apartment in the middle of the night and being a bit drunk and rowdy. The building has a tall narrow staircase which causes the noise level to be amplified.

The location and the air conditioning was very good

The steps. Was not told the bathroom was on the first level and then six steps to get to bedrooms and kitchen. I did say we had a person with mobility issues and asked about steps before booking. There were 5 or 6 steps down from lift to get into apartment but knew this. The only mirrors were near the bathroom. When bedrooms on a different level then there needs to be at least one mirror on that level for dressing and make up. Also, Reception is not open after 5pm

I stayed here with 5 friends, all in our 20s. If you are looking for a place to sleep and chuck your stuff, this is perfect. The location was brilliant, easy access and was super easy to pay when we got there and get our key cards. I think the price was very reasonable compared to other places in Barcelona but remember you get what you pay for, it is not luxury! There was aircon and a tv with netflix which I thought was a bonus.

The door to one of the bedrooms was a slide door but it was so stiff you had to put all your weight to force it open. We were coming back late at night so it wasn't an issue for us, but the other apartments were noisy (probably including us) - if you are looking for somewhere quiet this may not be the best place for you.

Location - The best thing about this property is the Location. It is right at the heart of the most sought after street in Barcelona, near to almost all tourist attractions. If you stay here you can very well survive without a metro pass and may be just use single tickets if you need to go little far. about the apartment WC at Ground Floor - this is really handy if you want to take a break from roaming around and go back quickly without going upstairs If you plan to stay for 2 nights it is a good choice as you can use the location to roam a lot and just sleep.

1. 2 wardrobes but only 4 hangers. This is very bad for a 2 bedroom apartment and 4-6 guests 2. can definitely somehow provision more storage by having collapsible wardrobes 3. not the best choice for families with small children as getting strollers to room is a hassled with stairs and small elevator

Shower easy to clog. There are stairs to the room after the elevator so you have to carry your luggages up or down.

There was no communication on how to enter apartment..should be directions in different languages posted on outside..on entry are required to use a computer Nd it scans passport etc..a key drops out once payment made..albeit there is phone that a human talks to U on to guide U through....no television in main bedroom so lucky wifi for watching on mobile..my partner and I could not workout hotplate to boil kettle..and as advertised there is nespresso machine but does not come with pods..but overall can't beat position and ambience..I really felt like I was in Spain ..not some tourist hotel so overall very good and would recommend

The layout of the room was very good and practical, the muffling sliding door was very helpful for when we wanted to do separate things that needed different levels of light or noise.

Everything in our stay was brilliant, only a few minor things that don't really matter, the stairs are a bit difficult as the are quite narrow and a little uneven but they do have a small lift for when carrying lots of things (fits about 2 people and a suitcase)

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and was in a great location for all the activities we had planned. The Metro was 2 minutes down the road and there were plenty of great restaurants and eateries in the area, especially an all guten free restaurant.

There was a sofa bed in the lounge/dining room that was already down and made up. We tried to put it up so we could set together to watch tv but it couldnt be put up. Also there was no toaster in the unit. We like to buy breakfast stuff to save money when travelling and often have toast but, no toaster.

The apartment is very well located. You can easily go everywhere. It’s literally behind the bush street of La Ramblas, minutes walking from supermarket, Plaça royal, and many restaurants options But the highlight for me was the comfort. The mattress, sheets and pillow cases were incredible comfortable

The road where it’s located is a bit smelly but that has nothing to do with them. No complaints at all

The location was excellent ,very close to everything. We were there as a family for 2 nights in May and then for a night at the end of our holiday. We booked here for the experience of a non traditional local stay. We rented 2-2 bedroom in May and 3-2 bedrooms in June. The apartments were clean and the beds were comfy. We were only using the apts. to sleep and shower in so didn’t really pay attention to the kitchen amenities. We arrived late at night the first time and it took us a long time to figure out how to check in with their self check in machine and was a lengthy process as you have to scan everyone’s passports etc. However the second time was easier and there is a phone to call them for help. The elevator is very small but once you figure it out it worked well.

The stairs are not in very good shape so have to be careful not to fall but it is a very old building and it’s part of the experience. Wish there were windows in bedrooms to open and get fresh air. Wish check in was simpler.
