Our host was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was a good size and had great facilities like a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was excellent in the centre of La Rambla and opposite the famous La Boqueria Market.

Our apartment looked onto alley way and directly opposite an apartment block where we could see directly into their windows. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. We would have preferred a view of some sort

Very conveniently located in the heart of La Rambla. It was close to the Metro, just opposite Mercat de la Boquiera and the supermarket was next to the apartments. The Loft Plus apartment was spacious for 3 people and very clean. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.

The occasional rumbling from the Metro but it wasn’t too bad on the whole. It would have been good if we were provided with tissues, washing tablets for the dishwasher and laundry detergent.

Gothic Quarter location is great for anything you wish to do, be it shopping, dining ( great many choice of restaurants within walking distance) or just a breezy walk to Barcelona beach. I like that a person was there to hand over the keys and provide necessary TIPS. Clean room with Clean comfy sheets and pillows. Spacious Clean bathroom with enclosed Shower , Sufficient clean towels. Eat in Kitchen equipped with all necessities. Hassle free Checkout.

Plenty of space, included the needed amenities, and was a little away from the main portion of town so we could get a quiet night’s sleep.

The bathroom did not have counter space on which to place cosmetic items or clothing. We were fine with this, but the location is quite uphill, so we had to carry heavy suitcases from the train station quite a distance uphill and over rough cobblestones. Do not recommend if you are not fit.

The apartment is big enough, it has elevator, which is useful when you have luggage. Although it is situated right in the middle of the busy La Rambla, it was really quite inside. The host is a very nice lady who gave us useful information. The place is perfect to start any visit in Barcelona, 5 minute 'walk from Plaza Cataluna, the metro station is right in front of the building, so very easy to move around. The apartment has everything you may need, from dishwasher to washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker and coffee, very comfortable for a holiday. Very clean, as well!

Prefect location, cannot be beaten. On our last day, it was so handy to use the luggage lockers until we were ready to depart.

The entire Rambla is being dug up at the moment (Feb 2025) and it’s noisy by day and noisy by night. Unbelievably, they were drilling into the stone pavements from 1-3am and sleep was impossible. How they had permission to do this at this time of night is baffling. Although out of the control of the property’s staff, they offered us a room at the back for the rest of the trip. To be honest, I would always plump for this as La Rambla can be noisy anyway.

The apartment door bell was being confused with the light switch on the hallway, so we would get unnecessary door bell rings when people were trying to switch the hallway light

Perfect location, super clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and bed. 24/7 phone support. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona!

Only one downside - we were unlucky with the check-in, but that doesn’t change the fact that the apartment is fantastic! Here’s what happened: the booking.com messages from the staff contained the wrong code for the key box, and since we arrived at 2 a.m., it took a good half an hour to solve the problem over the phone. The team did their best to help and eventually found the correct code, but some time was lost. One more note: at night, only phone support is available, and the number is Spanish with no WhatsApp, so we had to call in roaming, which cost a noticeable amount of money.

The host was super lovely and we conversed really nicely. The property was in the best location and we loved every minute of it. Did not wish to leave.

The ironing board a little small hahaha but we got on with it. That really is a very minor thing.

we were on a cruise ship and arrived early prior to check in (approximately 9am) and we were greeted by Mariana who held our bags in the office and then moved them to the apartment and sent us a text to state the room was ready. super easy. she gave us the keys in the morning so it was very easy to get into the apartment once it was ready. the apartment was very clean. our room was towards the back, so we did not have a view of the Ramblas but the location of this apartment was super convenient. Right across from the Boqueria Market (must see) and about mid-way on the Ramblas. We did the hop on bus and it was just a few minute walk to the main starting point. I was visiting with my 2 children who slept on the pull out couch and they stated that it was comfy. check out was super easy - we left the keys on the kitchen table and closed the door behind us.
