Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Location is amazing in La Rambla and a metro station right in front of the building. Close to many places to get a nice breakfast and they offer a shared fridge that you can keep anything in (and label your stuff). They also offered morning coffee.

Street was a bit noisy and room number 9 was so small we could barely walk especially due to the luggage, but it was ok since we spent most of the day outside. If you're looking for a convenient, cost-efficient place to stay in the heart of Barcelona, we definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous location. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, sound proofed windows and a balcony. Shared fridge area with a. Coffee machine and a kettle. Name your stuff in the fridge, but no issues for me. Great access instructions and the room has a key code to get into. The shower was small but great pressure.

It was a shared toilet, but it was clean & I didn’t have a problem with sharing. There are stairs to reach the Hostal, but only two flights.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was well organized and we felt very welcome. They also let us leave our luggage after check out. The position was wonderful, right on La Rambla near all the facilities and transport. Though we were on La Rambla it wans’t noisy and we could sleep on the really comfortable beds.

The only downside was that the room for three people was a bit small, and the sink was too small as well. Overall, though, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back!

Excellent location. Great value for money. 3-min walk to Catlunya square (base to several bus and metro routes) from one side, and 3-min walk to Liceu metro station from the other side. A supermarket is right next to the hostel, in addition to lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. The location is walking distance to many Barcelona attractions (save transportation time and cost), staff was friendly, and WIFI worked very good. The hostel is in La Rambla street, one of the busiest streets in Barcelona and also near Barcelona Gothic area. Quick Barcelona tip: I recommend purchasing Barcelona Hola transportation card from tourist information center (Metro, Bus and Airport) at the airport (for 1 or 2 or 5, .. days). Also 30/55 GB Orange SIM for tourists (as per your duration of stay).

I like the location

My booking amount is stuck which i have to pay through credit card from my home country before stay. When i reached to hotel, the manager said did you have the same credit card which have booking is to proceed and i said NO. then they cancel my hotel booking by saying this Hotel didnt receive any amount till today but as per my bank statement Payment has been debited from my account and Hotel reception manager charged again the same amount second time from my available debit card. Now my first time paid amount is in the air😔 Please refund it ASAP because its make me sad and upset.

I loved staying here as a solo female traveler. I was in town a few days and this was the perfect location to have as my base. It's literally right on La Rambla and you're in the center of everything. The room was perfect as I had my own bathroom. They also provided towels, showergel and shampoo. There is not really a kitchen but there is a shared fridge and microwave so you can store food if you want to. The staff is really nice and provided me with tips about the city.

The only downside to my room facing La Rambla was that I had a shared balcony with my neighbors and they occupied it until late talking loud and playing loud music. If some one else is on the balcony, it feels like they're standing in your room, it's that close by. Also when they're using the balcony, there is no room or privacy for me to use it. I would really advise you to bring earplugs anyway bacause the city is loud and so is the fan and probably the neighbors. With earplugs in, the sounds didn't bother me, that's why I didn't complain to the staff.

The location of the hostel is beyond amazing! It is located on La Ramblas, within walking distance - 2 minutes from Pl. Catalunya, 1 minute from the famous market and 1 minute from the Barri Gothic. My room had its own bathroom and toilet, 24-hour hot water. Everything shone with purity. I also had a small balcony facing La Ramblas, which was shared by another room, but I never saw another person there. The staff were kind, helpful and unobtrusive. A wonderful place that made my stay very comfortable

This was such a good/great/awesome hostel! The location right at „la rambla“ next to the marquet is unbeatable, you can go everywhere very very fast and you have everything right by your door. I would 100% recommend, especially for the little money you pay this might be the best hostel in town. Everyone who complains in the review forgets how cheap it was! The personal/workers are very very friendly too, and have helped me and my friend through the stay too. So if you are looking for a cheap and nice (own room) clean friendly hostel in Barcelona this is definitely it!

Maybe they should add a bin for trash to the room, otherwise nothing to add!

Great location within easy access of the metro. Walking distance to galleries, museums and the waterfront. Staff were really helpful and accommodating. The room was facing La Rambla, a vibrant street with a lot of activity. If you're okay with places that have a little outside noise this is a great place to stay. The city does sleep. As a budget traveller I would stay here again.

There wasn't much not to like.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. They weren't fussy about the arrival time, in fact they let me check in earlier with no extra charge and told me that if I wanted to check out before the check out time I could just leave the keys in a key drop off box. The reception isn't 24/7 however you are provided with all the necessary keys to enter and exit the building whenever you please. Everything went very smoothly. The location is great for getting around Barcelona. If you don't mind sharing showers and toilets I would definitely recommend it.

I thought there were going to be more toilets, however, I never waited for my turn but I was there only for one night.
