Great location, friendly staff, especially Carlos and Jonathan. Its a nice hotel for short stay

The tea was not replaced after my first night, I had to take one from the lounge myself. I found the washed mug left on the bathroom sink. There is only 1 complimentary water on the first day. I found some hair in the bathroom I think it was a little overpriced.

Staff very friendly and engaged to assist always.

No power sockets available around the bed, but also in the room. Had to unplug a light to use the power socket. Room ver small. Not a problem for one night, but certainly not comfortable for more days.

The staff, primarily Carlos, were wonderful and very attentive The room and lobby was clean The coffee and breakfast was also very nice No hot items or egg dishes on the breakfast

The location was a hassle, we had a tour guide and driver to the airport tell us that they couldn’t get to us and had to walk 1/3 mile to get to them instead of being picked up. Our last transport was in the rain with luggage so that was a hassle. There is a lot of road repair on las Ramblas area and many other hotels may also have this problem The actual street was a bit sketchy but the locked main front door was quickly opened for us

Amazing central location, everything was in walking distance, including tourist buses. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with both rainfall and handheld shower, perfect after a long day exploring. Added bonus was the absolutely divine toiletries - their scent was delicious 🤤 Carlos at reception was fantastic, professional, warm and helpful with local recommendations. Hotel had a calm, relaxing vibe throughout, from the lobby to the rooms.

Great hotel in a great location, a couple of minutes away walking to Las Ramblas. Room is clean, modern and comfortable, with a private bathroom, toiletries, towels... Bed is comfortable and even the hotel is in a popular area is not noisy. Staff is friendly, speaks good English and they have information in both Spanish and English. We could leave our luggage with them before checking in and after checking out. Recommended.

The fact that you need to be buzzed in when entering the hotel can be an inconvenience. We didn't have to wait much to get in after ringing the bell, since the staff appeared right away and buzzed us in.

The location of the hotel is good, close to everything you need, supermarket, coffee shops, etc. The hotel is clean and looks nice, even tho the room we stayed in it was small it was comfortable. The first guy we meet at the reception was very helpful and nice.

The fact that you cannot enter the hotel until the receptionist buzzes you in, and there was one night around 11 PM when we came back and stayed half an hour on the street waiting for the receptionist to buzz us in and she wasn't there. And when she came the first thing she asked is "what do you want" which it was not really nice way of talking. No coffe in the room just tea.

TOC offers a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Located in one of Barcelona's most vibrant neighborhoods, it provides easy access to Plaça de Catalunya, the Boquería Market, and La Rambla. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also spacious, with enough room for multiple pieces of luggage and a clothes rack. The receptionist, Carlos, was extremely helpful. He assisted us with check-in, guided us on how to explore the city, and provided feedback on the main sightseeing spots.

The bathroom was quite small, needs some renovation. The property keeps its main entrance locked at all times, requiring a receptionist to open it. While this measure is understandable as it ensures security, it can occasionally be inconvenient for guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our recent trip to Barcelona. The location is excellent—centrally situated with easy access to public transport and restaurants. A special shoutout to Matias at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He was exceptionally helpful with local recommendations, directions, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out. Highly recommended—I would definitely stay here again!

This is a really nice hotel. It is very clean and nicely furnished, punching way above its 1* rating. We stayed with our 3 year old kids and they loved the bunk bed in our room which was spacious and comfortable (the kids shared the lower bunk). The bathroom was nice and spottles and a little balcony overlooking a narrow street was a nice add on. Even though the room is not too big, it has smartly attached shelves and hooks which allow you to store your everyday items without creating a clutter. The location is great too - safe and with many cafes and dining options just around the corner. We found a nice playground a couple of blocks away for our little ones. The hotel's staff is excellent and deserves a praise. Everyone in the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay coincided with the power outage that left Spain without electricity for about 10 hours. The staff advised us to the best of their ability, helped choose the best options for our onward trip and remained courteous despite the overall stressful situation of attending the guests in the dark, with no wifi and not knowing when the power will be restored.

The elevator is small, however this is due to the old building and was not an issue for us.

Modern, nicely decorated room, quite comfortable bed. Central location in the city. The hotel has been renovated recently.

Very small room and bit expensive for that (note: all sort of nice looking hotels had comparable pricing). The bed was short, probably 1.80/1.90, not recommended for tall people.
