The hotel was well placed for our requirements, a lovely hotel in the City Centre, lovely friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable, we had two rooms once had a better view than the other but it was fine. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options available which suited all in our group. Rooftop pool and bar area was the highlight for the kids who spent the evening in the pool and the Mojitos were excellent for us adults. Super view from the roof terrace which was a nice ending to busy days in the city.

Everything was good no issues.

The room was big and very accommodating. The staff was super friendly and ready to help us book outings and tours. They can also help get a taxi if you need it. The location is near many restaurants and shops.

The air conditioner was not working. I assumed it was because it wasn’t A/C season yet (March timeframe). We opened the window to let in the cold air which was okay except everyone else did the same thing. Because all the windows opened into a four walled space, we could hear everything from the other rooms.

great breakfast with a wide variety of both hot, cold and sweet servings. Also ample breakfast room with sufficient space. The room was nice, beds comfortable, good wifi. Check-out time only at 12.00. helpful staff to reserve evening restaurants.

The room was rather noisy. We were on the second floor and had quite some street noise, though the room only overlooked a small side street. The room could also benefit from some more lights, though it seems to be a general thing in most hotels that the illumination of the room is poor.

The location was lovely and super convenient, you could reach everything on foot on there were many metro stations 2-5 min away. The room was big and the bed super comfortable. Bathroom was big too, everything super clean. Staff was great and helpful. We also tried the breakfast buffet on our last day, and we enjoyed everything.

We loved everything, only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning staff opened our room door at 8 in the morning while we were still sleeping. We haven’t hanged the sign that we were out and we wanted the room cleaned, but it was okay. Still 10/10 experience.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of La Rambla, with easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Everything was clean and kept that way. The bar downstairs was cute and really nice to sit and have a drink on your way in or out for an evening.

There was some water damage in the hallways, which really affected my first impression when we headed up to the rooms.

Location is great , surround by huge selection of shopping , dining options . Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful . Love the rooftop space !

There was no air con during my stay and the room was little warm . Open the balcony door for ventilation but there are loud noises outside/downstairs ( people shouting or chatting )were pretty bad on many nights and it does disrupt my sleep .

Staff in the reception were very helpful at different occasions

The breakfast was tasting ok but the way you had to get it through these sheet was awful, strict and very unpleasant. The midle value breakfast was served in a way that you had to pay ekstra for refilling your coffee even it were fairly expensive and for the cheapest breakfast you could not get a piece of cheese. I recommend to go somewhere else to get breakfast.

Great location. Room was a good size and well equipped. Very clean. Amenities were good but out of season so areas such as roof terrace not set up

The room was really hot, and it’s only February but no air conditioning. Asked at reception and they said they turned the heating down. They did open the window restriction to allow for more ventilation but it’s too noisy to keep the window open in the evening.

The facilities are amazing. The bar areas in the hotel and on the roof are very well kept and ran. Rooms always clean and very well stocked

While the location is ‘ideal’, criminals are hanging around the outside area of the hotel frequently as they know it is a tourist hotspot. My iPhone was stolen as I entered the hotel.

Fab hotel, very clean. Excellent choice for breakfast. Comfortable and airey rooms with regular house keeping. Very central Lovely staff

I asked for the room to be decorated for my mums birthday.. sadly it never happaned. Shower was very hard to use and regulate No one told us prior to our stay that the rooftop would be closed...was very disappointed by this.
