The Hotel is very nice. Staff on reception is excellent. The pool is very nice. The rooms are big. Restoran is very big and the buffet is very good.

The staff in Restoran is not nice. The first day they said they have no additional napkins, but on next day they put the napkins - but not on the buffet table, but in the restoran entry. And one young guy from the restoran staff said us not to take 2 glasses of water ( they were very small) - but every time to go for the water with the same glass!! Unbelievable! And the same guy made condemning gestures with his head, when one of small children ( not our) cried!

We travelled as a mixed generation family with 3 rooms. I fractured my hip shortly before the holiday x we requested an adaptable room. This was arranged with no problem x the 3 rooms were still situated close together as requested. Staff were friendly x helpful . The breakfast was incredible enjoyed by all x available until 11 am which suited late riser teenagers. We had dinner in the hotel one night x this was delicious x good value for money.

The disabled access to rooftop pool is designed primarily for wheelchair users. I am unable to climb stairs x relied on staff to operate the special lift. This did not work without Problems. The pool area is beautiful but I limited my usage because of the inconvenience

The hotel was well placed for our requirements, a lovely hotel in the City Centre, lovely friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and comfortable, we had two rooms once had a better view than the other but it was fine. Breakfast was lovely and lots of options available which suited all in our group. Rooftop pool and bar area was the highlight for the kids who spent the evening in the pool and the Mojitos were excellent for us adults. Super view from the roof terrace which was a nice ending to busy days in the city.

Everything was good no issues.

The room was big and very accommodating. The staff was super friendly and ready to help us book outings and tours. They can also help get a taxi if you need it. The location is near many restaurants and shops.

The air conditioner was not working. I assumed it was because it wasn’t A/C season yet (March timeframe). We opened the window to let in the cold air which was okay except everyone else did the same thing. Because all the windows opened into a four walled space, we could hear everything from the other rooms.

The location of as excellent as it was just a 30 second walk from Las Ramblas. The pool and upstairs bar was a lovely place to relax and have a drink. Our room and bathroom was a good size and it was always kept clean by the staff.

We stayed in two separate rooms over our stay. The first room was perfect and we had no complaints however the 2nd room was slightly warmer as the air con didn’t seem to be as powerful. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

great breakfast with a wide variety of both hot, cold and sweet servings. Also ample breakfast room with sufficient space. The room was nice, beds comfortable, good wifi. Check-out time only at 12.00. helpful staff to reserve evening restaurants.

The room was rather noisy. We were on the second floor and had quite some street noise, though the room only overlooked a small side street. The room could also benefit from some more lights, though it seems to be a general thing in most hotels that the illumination of the room is poor.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Location is absolutely perfect for a weekend break. We walked onto the Rambla within a minute from hotel and Metro station is 5 min walk away from hotel. Many great cafés, bars and restaurants in side streets to hotel at reasonable prices and great atmosphere in the neighbourhood The pool on the rooftop was lovely to take a dip in after long and warm day in the city . We highly recommend

The location was perfect, right in the middle of La Rambla, with easy access to public transport and taxis. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind. Everything was clean and kept that way. The bar downstairs was cute and really nice to sit and have a drink on your way in or out for an evening.

There was some water damage in the hallways, which really affected my first impression when we headed up to the rooms.

The location was lovely and super convenient, you could reach everything on foot on there were many metro stations 2-5 min away. The room was big and the bed super comfortable. Bathroom was big too, everything super clean. Staff was great and helpful. We also tried the breakfast buffet on our last day, and we enjoyed everything.

We loved everything, only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning staff opened our room door at 8 in the morning while we were still sleeping. We haven’t hanged the sign that we were out and we wanted the room cleaned, but it was okay. Still 10/10 experience.

It's very close to La Rambla, the is Barcelona's most famous street a vibrant pedestrian boulevard stretching 1.2 kilometers from Plaça de Catalunya to Port Vell. It's also close to good restaurants and cafes.

There's some works on the street, but it is normal in Barcelona, so take care with taxi/car times, sometimes is better to walk a little and request a taxi/car in the other street in the left side of hotel.
