I had an excellent stay at Serhs Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Maria and Sergei at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Maria greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and effortless. She was always happy to answer my questions and gave me great local recommendations that made my trip even better. Sergei was equally outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. Thank you, Maria and Sergei, for making my experience so enjoyable—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Serhs Hotel to friends and family!

The hotel is right on La Ramblas, and is surrounded by coffee shops, bars, restaurants and gellatias. The staff were AMAZING! We arrived at 10 in the morning (after travelling for 15 hours) and they had our room ready for us, despite check-in time of 3pm. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

The only issue that we had was with noisy protesters on La Ramblas opposite the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel, but was annoying. They fortunately stopped around 9pm. This was the only issue. It should be noted that there is fairly major construction on La Ramblas (renovation) and this will probably take another couple of years.

The staff were AMAZING. Hands to my heart I have stayed at many 5* hotels with my work but very few have such wonderful and attentive staff. I was there for business but feel like i get to ´come home´ each evening. The breakfast was truly superb as well and fix all my needs. I managed to make my orange americano with ice every morning and the hot a la carta dishes were yummy too. Good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese and cold cuts, bread, hot breakfasts are available. The room was spacious and has a nice view of la Rambla, which is so peaceful early in the morning and the location makes it super easy for business travellers with little time for shopping. Despite the occupancy was high they really tried to offer a later check out and then I could use the shower at gym before flight and hotel´s storage to keep my stuffs safe.

The only downside was the noise from the construction outside of the hotel which understandably is outside of the hotel´s control. However I would have appreciated a communication about this in advance as it doest affect my sleep as a later riser. However I truly enjoy my stay and if/when returning to BCN, I will stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean enough. Lunch/Breakfast were affordable. Reception staff were very friendly. The location was great - close to the attractions, restaurants, shopping area, and stations. We were also able to store our luggage for free for a few hours after we checked out before we left Barcelona.

The air con in the room was not my favorite - at night it was too cold for a while and then it was a bit too warm for a while - I got cold because of this. The blanket cover was a bit weird to me - but maybe that is typical in Europe/Spain. They were painting the doorframe and corridor during our stay I think, not very nice smell.

Run very professionally. Good security. Helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, extensive variety.

Slamming doors. They were really loud - enough to wake us during the night with a jump. We did let staff know. Unfortunately the loudest, most often used door was right next to our room.

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Went up to the roof top bar which was good friendly service.

The breakfast dishes were cold in the restaurant, egg bacon, sausage, mushrooms for 4 days were cold. There were food flies flying around the croissants.

we were woken up at midnight to water gushing through the ceiling in the bathroom from above my husband went straight to reception who canme and sorted the issue from above it had been gushing through from above for about 20 mins and we were afraid of the ceiling coming down we didn’t sleep rest of night were afraid to use the bathroom no room change till next day not offered any form of compensation of bill or even free drink or to even check we were ok next day .Was disappointed

Great location in the very heart of the city! Clean and pretty spacious room. Decent breakfast.

The hotel tried to make me pay in advance by a link they sent in a Booking message, threatening with canceling the reservation. A Booking consultant confirmed that it was unjustified and no payment in advance was really required.

Outstanding from start to finish. Super friendly at the check-in desk. Our room was ready early, so even though we arrived 2 hours early we could go straight to our room! Up the lift, which we needed with the pram and suitcases. They had a cot bed already made up for our baby. The room truly excellent. View of Las Ramblas street, top floor with balcony. Had been worried about noise after reading some reviews of location and ongoing building works, however neither of those things affected our stay in any way. The room was quiet, the works really aren’t that bad at all, and the location is truly awesome. Complimentary bottle of wine, coffees, water, sweets(!) and a glass of cava which we had on the rooftop and could bring up our baby! Breakfast was exceptional. Food choices were all incredible, fresh, probably the best hotel buffet I have ever experienced. Again, staff attentive and helpful for us and our baby. We accidentally lost the baby’s dummy and they helped us to find it. Didn’t have to check out until midday either!

LOCATION!!! Walk to almost everything. Metro stations and taxis everywhere for further trips. Spacious hotel room with beautiful balcony. We sat every morning and evening to drink free in-room coffee. Small rooftop bar/terrace with nice views and friendly bartender. One free glass of cava included.

We wanted to close our balcony doors at night because of noise but there was no AC at the time because it was still cool out. Room was too warm with doors closed so left them open. VERY LOUD street, which we expected, because it is on La Rambla.
