Overall great place. We stayed there on a family vacation with our children. What was good: the location was superb, just a few steps from La Rambla (literally). The property was clean, well organized and had a large outdoor seating area as well. The staff were helpful. Being on the top floor - despite the hike up the fairly narrow and steep stairs (no elevator!) offered the advantage of minimizing street noise in the apartment. The bedrooms had good quality ceiling fans; the air conditioner in the living room kept the common area cool.

The layout was slightly awkward - the kitchen was at the end of the hall, away from the common space and the fridge. Not a big deal just FYI. Also note - the apartment is up 74 narrow and steep stairs. Was not a big deal for us beyond the hassle of getting our luggage up but would be an issue for older travelers or those with little kids.

Amazing Stay – Exceeded Expectations! We had a fantastic stay – the apartment truly exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is super central, which was perfect for exploring the city. While it was a bit noisy from the street, that's to be expected given how central it is. The only downside was the presence of a few cockroaches, likely due to the climate and moisture, so perhaps some additional precautions could be taken. That said, overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely recommend it!

This apartment is amazing. It is in the city center of Barcelona, next to the famous market. The apartment is very spacious and has two toilets. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bedrooms are huge and have a lot of space. There is a lack of light, but it is all right in the bedrooms. The check-in was very smooth. I receive the code from the building and the apartment on the morning of arrival day. It is very convenient that you can come anytime.

There are no wine glasses, and I missed a shelf in the bathroom.

The communication with the team was good. Got the codes on time. The location of the apartment is just great, several meters far from La Rambla. Shops around and market a great plus.

The apartment on the first floor was spacious, with a very interesting design - however one of the rooms had a very small window, the other one looked directly at a wall. It served as a sort of balcony but it was not.

Great location, close to Las Ramblas and the food market. Great little supermarket over the road for picking up the essentials. Also loved the rooftop terrace where we would have our morning coffee and evening meals. The host was readily available via WhatsApp and kindly organised an early check in for us which allowed us to enjoy our full day in Barcelona!

The only complaint we would have is that the apartment was on the 4th floor which we where unaware when we booked the apartment, we where travelling with two young children and a grandparent with arthritic knees. It would have been helpful to be aware of this before booking but otherwise we were thrilled with the booking and the service provided.

We found this apartment very spacious, So much room ,alot bigger than looks on pictures, Very central, can walk to almost everything within half an hour, Communication was excellent through WhatsApp ,Keycode wouldn't work but was sorted remotely straight away . Would definitely recommend. Stairs didn't bother us at all .would definitely stay again.

If I have to put anything it would be could do with another smaller sofa/chair as well as the big one in lounge.

Only 1 restroom for 9 people is quite inconvenient Only 1 room has proper door, so anyone who needs privacy may consider before booking

Great location, right in the centre of the Gothic Quarter, perfect for us. Fabulous old and eclectic building, nice furnishing and finishes, good air con and space throughout the apartment. Great storage and kitchen utensils. Helpful host who advised us of places to go.

The door to get in the building was difficult to open with our keys, it sometimes took us a while to get the knack of it! Some minor issues with the apartment, bathroom sink was leaking and there was no bowl to wash up in the kitchen sink (maybe not a Spanish thing) but not having a plug either was an issue. We didn't make a fuss as it was just short stay. It could get noisy on the street below in the evening (despite us being on the top floor) and it did wake me up but the location was excellent so couldn't really complain. It was an effort to get luggage to the top floor as there is no lift, you do have to be quite fit to manage I think, but again this is to be expected in an old building in this area.

Our group of ten had a fabulous stay at a charming property located near Las Ramblas, right in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter.
