Comfy bed and very clean, loved the balcony window

There were smoking rooms on our floor and if I would have known I would have requested to be far away since I have a sensitivity. Some more transparency around that would have been better.

Great location, rooms are a great size. We had a balcony over la Rambla which was fun to watch the action on the street. Hotel is between the gothic quarter and el born, so easy to walk everywhere and so close to la boqueria. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location next to a metro station, superior room was spacious and surprisingly quiet given that it overlooked La Rambla. Great to have a terrace. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Happy with everything

It was close to the Old Town with easy access to the Mercado and metro.

It didn’t seem to be a very safe zone due to it being right on the Ramblas. I was told to not cross the street or go into the neighborhood across the street after dark. There’s also construction all in front of the hotel down the street for a few miles so it’s hard to get in and out the street in front is closed so if you are dropped off or picked up by taxi drivers, it would be across the street.

The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona it was right in the centre of La Rambla so shops & restaurants as soon as u step outside. The staff were friendly & helpful Room cleaned & Fresh towels daily and the toiletries provided were of good quality. The bed was comfy and I loved the small patio it was nice to open the doors

Although all the amenities were on the doorstep I would liked rea/coffee making facilities and a small bistro table with 2 chairs woukdv suited the room instead of a desk and 1 chair as it would’ve been nice to relax by the beautiful window with Juliette balcony.

Great location, close to every thing and felt really safe being such a busy street. Despite busy, you couldn’t hear anything outside when inside which was great. Comfortable bed. Spacious room with a good set up. Clean bathroom and shower, lots of helpful soaps etc in the bathroom. Friendly staff.

We had a few issues with the aircon in our room not working which we let them know the day of our check in and they tried to reset it and it didn’t work but by this point it was late and we just wanted to sleep. The next day we requested again and they did a manual reset again but it wasn’t until the third ask that it actually started working. The staff were really helpful throughout but just feel that maybe an update to the ‘big stuff’ like this would have made this a 10/10!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the daily cleaning personnel do a great job of maintaining the room. The bathtub and soaps were incredible. So many perfect bubbles! The sockets are conveniently located. The location is perfect. Step outside and you're immediately in the thick of things. It was especially fun being able to hear the rumble of the metro under the street from our room.

The bed, while nice, was too hard. So were the pillows. Not enough to drag it down, though, because everything else was spot on.

Great location!! At the historical center, everything was easily accessible, either on foot or by public transport. The room (twin beds overlooking La Rambla) was nice. Comfy beds, clean, a bit tight but ok..we were there just for a sleep. Great personnel at the reception!! They went beyond their way to help us, find solutions for us and make our trip to Barcelona a great experience! A big thanks to all of them!

The accommodation was overpriced, but everything is like that at the center of Barcelona, where we chose to stay.

First of all, if I had the chance to give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars directly. As soon as we entered the Flor Parks hotel, we received a very good welcome. I don't remember everyone's names, but all the staff working at the hotel were very caring, polite, understanding and helpful. Even though we came to Barcelona for the first time, we did not feel at all unfamiliar. They even told us about places to visit in Barcelona upon arrival. The location of the hotel is right in the center of Barcelona, ​​you can walk everywhere. The rooms were also very clean and hygienic. But beyond all this, I really appreciate the attention and behavior of all the staff at the reception. See you later
