Perfect location on the Rambla, close to the gothic quarter, placa Catalunya, placa reial restaurants, barceloneta. We chose the superior room to have a slightly bigger space and we had a cute balcony overlooking the Rambla. The room was very clean, the shower jet is strong :) Beds are comfortable. There is a kettle in the room with complimentary coffee and tea. There is also a reusable glass bottle which can be filled as needed from fountains located in the lobby and on floors (still or sparkling water). We did not opt for breakfast at the hotel as the nearby options are limitless, therefore I cannot comment on breakfast. Frontdesk staff are always amiable and quickly responsive.

You just have to be aware that the area can be noisy day and night because of the central location. Also expect to hear and feel the trains passing under the hotels. We weren't really bothered but light sleepers should be aware of this. It could have also been useful to have tissue boxes inside the rooms.

Lovely clean and central property with friendly welcoming staff. As per the pictures with a bar downstairs and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We had a family room and it was big and spacious (unlike others we have stayed in£ plenty of room for mum dad and the growing teens.

Not the hotels fault but the ramblas was being dug up during our visit. As we arrived in the early hours there were alot of people milling around and we were not sure if we had picked the right area. The hotel is close to the police station so we saw lots of police that evening which made us worry with two children with us. We didn’t know about the police station at that point. And there u it s a hostel across the road so we were questioning the value for money element till we got settled. One comment would be that our room was noisy in the early hours but we were weary after sightseeing so it didn’t bother everyone.

The hotel was so beautiful inside and the rooms were immaculate! The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff friendly. The housekeeping staff was especially good! The location of this hotel is amazing, too. Right on La Rambla so you can walk to so many places. It’s a 3 minute walk to the green metro line and less than 10 to the yellow line (takes you to the beaches). The metro was super clean and easy to use- highly recommend.

There was a ton of construction going on literally in front of the hotel— it’s not their fault and the staff was really kind about, but good to know!

Excellent location on Las Ramblas, walking distance to all the sights and metro/bus links few minutes walk away too. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. Lovely reception area with comfortable seating, free water refills and sweets. Staff on reception friendly and helpful.

We had front facing room unto Las Ramblas, we loved it and didn’t find it noisy at night but others might so bear this in mind BUT also remember if you stay in the city centre you will have noise.

Great location. Right best to Plaza Real and plenty of good restaurants. All the attractions and beach are in walking distance. Front desk lady at checkin was very friendly and provided us 3rd floor street view room, which was renovated recently and modern. My favorite part is the balcony, which I can sit on it sipping the coffee while watching the people on the streets. The balcony door has good sound isolation. Once it’s closed, I can barely hear the sound of people and car on the streets unless someone is shouting, which only happened once in 3 nights. The lobby is beautiful, and the water machine in each floor is a great service that I didn’t find in other hotels.

I can definitely feel the metro passing by. There was a metal desk in my room with glass water bottle/ cup on it and make a rattling sound when metro passing by. I later moved the glass to a wood shelf which made the sound much less. In my first two nights, I was exhausted from the trip and slept deeply. On the third night, the metro stopped service after midnight since its weekday. Overall it didn’t bother me much, but it might be annoying for someone who is sensitive to sound

Great location ( numerous cafes and bars on the doorstep and metro very near) beautiful art deco entrance hall clean very comfy bed crisp sheets fabulous pillows. Room simple but all you need - shower & bath, kettle free water taps in hall so you can top up daily small fridge- both useful when the on the tourist trail daily. We were at front of building with small balcony so we could watch the street life. The staff were friendly and small gift (sweets or chocolate) left daily which was lovely

Nothing really - at the front of the building some might find the noise from the street and the rumble of the metro an issue but it really didn’t disturb us we got used to the rumble very quickly

Oriente Atiram has friendly and helpful staff. Their beds are the best I've ever used in any hotel I've stayed in worldwide. They had firm mattresses and memory foam pillows. The shower was also great as it had excellent water pressure and plenty of space. The location was perfect! It is situated right in the middle of La Rambla with less than 5 minutes walk to the metro. They also offer free suitcase storage so you can explore the city after check out with ease. Finally, their attention to detail was such a wonderful surprise. We received welcome chocolates and even a hat which was such a nice little bonus. I was sad to leave but we will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and you can hear every sound from the rooms next door. Our neighbours were very loud and had children yelling. However, when we called reception at midnight to ask them to address the noise, they were super fast to rectify this problem and the other guests became quiet. Also, the room was quite warm. We tried to cool it down but the air-conditioning/heating system seemed to only heat so we had to open the balcony doors to get some cool air inside before going to sleep. With these concerns, we still absolutely recommend the hotel as it surpasses others we have stayed in.

It is so close to everything. You can literally walk to everything. You don’t need to take an uber or taxi anywhere unless it’s far away. They have a water station to fill up water bottles with still or sparkling water whenever you want! That was a nice surprise. I walked down to La Boqueria market every day for breakfast and fresh juice. Aesthetic was beautiful.

Uber or taxi pickup at times was chaotic. It’s next to a police station so they were always out policing pickups and didn’t want anyone to really stop to pick people up. Lots of construction.

The staff professionalism. The views of las ramblas. The hotel is perfectly located. I loved the water dispensers on the floors. The building decor is beautiful, and the bedrooms are comfortable and clean.

The day before we were checking out, we found our bedroom door fully opened. Security stated they would look at the cameras, but it didn't happen. We did not seem to have anything missing, which made us question if someone had entered the room or if we had left it open (unlikely) by error. This happened between 9pm and midnight. So housekeeping was not a possibility. We would have appreciated some feedback regarding the video reviews.

The location is the best. I have stayed here before and chose to stay again based on it great locale, wonderful staff, clean & comfortable room!

I have no complaints about the hotel but the noise from the streets was unbearable at times. we had to use green noise from YouTube to drown out the noise. I really didn’t like the taxi service Transferz! They had all of our flight info and they should have been aware that we had to go thru customs— which takes a while. I paid for the service but was not picked up by them. I was told that they waited. But when I called them, they sent a driver out but he wanted to charge me an additional 25 euros on top of the 44 I already paid them. I declined his offer. I feel like I’ve been scammed by this service and I would never use them again. if I owned your hotel, I would discontinue using Transferz in the future.
