The apartment was clean but very unsafe. The La Rambla area is notorious for pick pocketing and thugs. The apartment has code to open the door and someone open the door while we were away and took $120 dollars from my friend’s bag. The window in front room does not close so safety is a big concern in this apartment. The owner was slow in response.

The property is clean. But not safe. We had to put the coffee table against the door in the hope that it will make noise if there is break in.

Location is excellent. Amenities, food, pharmacy, and metro are within walking distance, yet it's just off the bustling street, so relatively quiet and peaceful. The apartment is large too, so there's ample space for several luggages and still not feel cramped.

There was no clothes rack when we arrived, although it's stated in the property site. I messaged the property and also requested for some hangers as there was none. Sadly, in my stay of 4 nights, none arrived . The reply message was rather curt and unhelpful.. So we just made do without it rather than pursue matters as we wanted a memorable holiday

The apartment’s location is amazing as it is at the middle of “La Rambla” & the city center. It was just from 10-25 min maximum waking from many famous tourism places, shopping areas and attractions, also there are a lot of shops, restaurants, groceries around it. The apartment was very clean, well arranged, fully equipped with high security to access it and the full building. I booked 2 rooms apartment with balcony including sitting area, equipped kitchen with dining table, and 2 full toilets. The apartment’ management team was too helpful, friendly, and their response was fast to our inquiries. Its recommended.

The rooms & bathrooms was without keys

Great location for exploring the Gothic Quarter. It was very clean and set up well for multiple people to stay. We had 3 couple and a single in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was spacious. The door codes were not working on our arrival but the staff fixed the problem. Check in and check out was easy and we appreciate having a place to store our luggage before and after.

It was difficult to find as not well marked. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location and our GPS did not want to find the address for some reason. Please include additional coffee pods for the larger groups. The beds were more firm than we were used to but overall the accommodations were comfortable.

Host will send the code to get in when it the 3 p.m. arrival time. Not before which was fine with us. It is a little dated. Had a slight issue with air conditioning in one bedroom but host fixed it as soon as I contacted them. Terrace was very nice but unusable due to the heat which is no reflection on the hosts as it isn't their fault. Very near the subway which was helpful.

The second shower needed instructions for use oddly enough.

The location was fantastic just walk out and you’re right in the middle of the hustle and bustle ! Didn’t need any taxis for anywhere we planned to go. Equally didn’t seem too noisy or crowded either. 3 bathrooms with showers were such a bonus for 7 girls getting ready at the same time. Beautiful decor and the balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy the sun in the mornings. Coffee machine was very much appreciated!! Kitchen had a prefect amount of dishes / cookware for a comfortable self catering stay.

Some minor cosmetic things need updating in the apartment like the curtains hanging off the broken rail, the sofa bed for the 7th person to sleep on was not attached to the frame of the bed so made it hard to sleep as it was sliding away from under the bed. The light in the fridge was flickering when opened.

It is very well located, right near Rambla, comfortable, spacious, quite new with good facilities. The communication was very good, we had a problem with a sink and the personnel arrived for fixing it in one hour. The apartment was very well-decorated and they were carrefull at the details e.g. organic toilletries

A little bit noisy but not from the street, it had two sets of windows. You could hear the persons from the other apartment, but this is a small inconvenience, when you choose the centre of the town you don’t expect silence

This property is in such an excellent location. A major bonus is that they have very large storage lockers on each floor where you can store large suitcases and bags and go off for the day before you checkin. The market is over a block away and is perfect for picking out a selection of excellent foods and bringing back to the apartment for dinner. There are small supermarkets right around and of course the restaurants are all excellent. A very large Carefour supermarket is also close which has everything. Close to the beach and metro stations. The location and the decoration of the apartments are excellent.

I loved everything about the apartment and it’s brilliant location

The apartment was bright and airy, nicely decorated , modern and very well situated.

Many other apartments in the same building are under renovation and the noise can be bothersome during working hours. The bath is quite high and could do with a hand rail for when you’re stepping down from a wet tub to a slippery floor. The doorbell wasn’t working to call the manager as well as our code to enter the property one evening and we were left to wait outside at 1am after arriving from a concert. After calling a service number with a rather unfriendly attendant we were told that someone would come down or open the door we waited and waited when it’s didn’t happen we tried the bell again and it worked so finally we were then buzzed in , all very annoying

Very nice location, on the ramblas. Metro station nearby. Close to the harbor too. Quiet / soundproof. Spacious, clean, very confortable. A/C. Well equipped, with dishwasher, laundry, and enough for breakfast (Nespresso and complementary coffee, kettle) as well as cleaning set. Possibility to store luggage temporarily. Parking Eden nearby. 30 euros/24h.

I thought the parking was included.
