Location was amazing- very spacious and comfortable- great to have 2 bathrooms! The staff was very responsive to quick questions. Also nice to have laundry and a dry rack- showers were great!

The only issue was the oven knobs were hard to figure out as they were faded. Just need to be prepared for no extras like coffee and only small amount of TP. The supermarket next door had everything we needed.

Good location, right near the La Ramblas and port. There is a busy tapas bar downstairs which is worth a visit food was good open breakfast through all day. The supermarket is also downstairs.

We were on level 1 on the front side of the building which is a noisy street front with big recycling bins, a busy tapas bar downstairs, people smoking all the time out the front, comes into the apt. The back ensuite bedroom would get very hot in summer there is no fans, just a window that opens to an internal courtyard which has noise coming from the tapas bar.

Very good location, appartment quite spacious, clean, well equiped, quiet just off the Ramblas. Many restaurants around. Close to Metro stations and many taxis around. Very convenient for our stay.

Upon reception , there is nobody to meet, so it is a bit impersonal. We had to call a number to be let in , and then you follow all instructions automatically to check in. Elevator small, old, one needs to pay attention that door is well closed- one had left the door open and then the elevator did not work. The rooms have windows towards the uncovered inside part of the building where there the evacuation tubes were passing so you could not leave the window open as it would be noisy. The living room and kitchen faced the rear of the buildings , so not great view but you could see the top of the cathedral and some other buildings. It would be good to have a tray in the kitchen.

Location, location, location. Palau Güell seconds away and a few minutes to La Rambla and the Liceu Metro Station. Comfortable and communication very easy when needed with staff. We appreciated that we could store our luggage in a property minutes away by walking in a parallel street until checkin. The automatic checkin easy to negotiate. The offer of ordering a taxi for our departure to Barcelona Airport well received. Thankyou.

The lift does not begin from the ground floor. We struggled to get our suitcases up the flight of stairs to the lift.

The apartment is located close to La Rambla, bus stops, metro are in a walking distance. There is a nice cafe in the same building which was very convenient. The apartment is clean and has everything you need during the stay. The bedrooms had small windows looking in the inner yard without direct access to sunlight and you might hear a slight noise from the hood located in that yard. Also there were mosquitoes when we opened the windows in the evening which were quite agressive so you better have the anti mosquitos kit. Also the pipe in the bathroom (bath tube) was clogged as water did not go away while trying to have shower. Would be nice if this can be fixed.

The property was so central and above an amazing tapas restaurant that is used by the locals so you know the food will be tasty. Rooms were nice, a little warm outside of the lounge, very clean and bright. Mega bonus was the Gaudi Palace across the road!

I was in the lounge for the stay so was fine but my friends had rooms and got a bit warm in the evening. We only had two door keys between four as well but that wasn’t a major inconvenience. We had access to the balcony and a large area above the restaurant - some furniture out there would have been nice to relax in with breakfast.

People can’t open the windows, because the garbage of the local restaurant stinks so hard. Air conditioning also didn’t cover the whole place, only the living room. in the other 2 rooms wasn’t possible to open the windows, because of the garbage.

Great location. Supermarket next door, greengrocer across the road. Dozens of good restaurants within a hundred metre radius. Very clean apartment. Minimal furniture.

The back door opened above a restaurant and conversation floated up until late. Close the door and all good but stuffy. The bedrooms opened onto a light well that contained a large exhaust system, probably from the restaurant. There was a hum that you got use to but again you couldn't open the door or window. It was a bit stuffy and we managed with that but in hot weather it would not be good. None of this was the fault of the host.

This apartment is so central... 3 mins walk to Las Ramblas. Lovely tapas place next door and several take aways, small supermarkets in the street.. all within 3 minute walk. Good Irish bar as you go on to Las Ramblas and turn right it's right there. Just a 6 minute walk from apartment.

It didn't bother us as we expected it from reading previous reviews but the room at the front gets all the noise from the street. Earplugs required if you are a light sleeper

Good location. The area looks a bit scary but it’s absolutely fine. Clean and spacious. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and an over bath shower with a mixer tap and pull up button. The shower head is mounted very high on the wall so unless you are 6’ tall it has to be used off the wall unless you want to wash hair every day. The main bathroom was very nice. There was no kettle but the kitchen was clean and functional.

It was a scary looking area. Lots of graffiti. A bit gnarly but it was actually fine. It was quiet at night. There is only air con in the sitting room so the bed room can feel a tad too warm. There was no kettle which is a pain but we heated water in a pan. We couldn’t get a second key card which was a bit irritating.
