Just off La Rambla, so close the lots of restaurants and shops.

Was a bit noisy

The property is well appointed. It is in a very convenient location with easy access to Las Ramblas and the Marina. Bathrooms are small but nicely renovated, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and linen was good quality.

4pm checkin with little flexibility is quite late and inconvenient. We specifically booked this property and cancelled on another to have available washing facilities, unfortunately the washing machine gave off a burning smell that went all through our clothes and the plastic seal on the door burnt during the first cycle. We reported it, but were unable to wash anything again during our stay.

The kiosk was easy to use to check in, apartment was clean and lovely, staff were so helpful when I dropped my phone off the balcony and managed to get it back for me! Location was great and felt very safe with it an access code to get into the apartment complex. Balcony was lovely and big, apartment was very modern, would definitely stay again!

The pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s to be expected with pull out beds, the rest of the beds were comfortable and all very clean and fresh. We did have some noisy neighbours above us but not too bad, noise also does echo through the hallways but it wasn’t bad in the bedrooms, just something to keep in mind if you’re sleeping on the pullout in the living room and are a light sleeper.

The host provided proper details in a text for the code to open the main door but we were tired and couldn't find it at first so we sent a text looking for the info and they responded immediately (thank you). The apartment was spacious - perfect for our 5 adults - clean and with good amenities. We appreciated the balcony to dry our clothes. We liked the location off La Rambla.

The washing machine was hard to figure out. It was more complicated than others we used in our travels and we had to get online to find a user manual. We recommend you provide the basic use pages from the manual (English would be helpful to many). The coffee pod machine gave us a little problem - you might give tips on the use since it is slightly different than normal.

U have everything u need in the Apartment. 4 little supermarkets directly there as well as the palau güell. La Rambla 50m and 2 metro stations 5min walk. For me and my parents it was clean enough 4/5. Balcony on the east so u have a nice sunrise in the morning. We were there at 2pm and the room was already finished so we could directly check-in (normally 4pm). Would book again.

My sleeping room had a window to the elevator where all night the lights were on, so it wasn't completely dark. The single shower is leaky, good i had an extra towel. The boiler, climatics and fridge are a little bit noisy. The check-in could be easier with reception.

Great location. Apartment was nice and had a little balcony.

Pro tip. Check in is at 4PM, so no matter what time you plan to arrive at the apartment after that, when you get the email asking for your arrival time, say 4PM. We thought we would be there at 7PM, but arrived at 4PM and the apartment wasn't ready. Not a huge deal, but when you're lugging large suitcases around, it's not great. On the bright side, Guell Tapas is right across the street and the food is spectacular, so we hung out there.

Comfy beds, central location, large TV and spacious apartment, good having two bathrooms. Lighting was good and it was clean, airy and heating easy to control. We loved our stay overall.

Kitchen area was great - eg two different types of coffee machine, and small supplies on arrival - except a few niggles: 1) no plug or washing up bowl so water just drained away in sink (despite property asking us to conserve water). Asked for plug/bowl on day 1 but reply was none available. 2)We found we wanted to wash up in sink as only 6 of plates/cutlery so unless you used a whole dishwasher run for one meal you ran out of cutlery/crockery. 3)No receptacles to heat anything up in microwave do didn't use it (eg no glass or plastic bowls). 4) No cooking spatula so could not turn anything in frying pan.

The apartment is really well located, clean and spacious. Two bathrooms which is extremely convenient when the apartment is occupied by 4 people.g clear instructions provided before check-in.

Online check-in and lack of reception desk. I understand that it is suppose to make the check-in process more efficent but in fact it creates a lot of inconvenience instead. In case of any issues you need to call the office/customer service line. I.e. We had issues with safe box (it locked) and had to wait 2hrs for someone to come and fix. The person on the Phone line was constantly telling someone the maintanance person Will appear within 15mins..it last 2 hrs. I must admit though every single person i was Talking to was extremely Nice but still..Not effective. Entrance doors extremely poorly isolated..it is not even about the Nice but the light coming from the building corridor.

Location is walkable distance to a lot of sightseeing spots, appartments had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

I found the check in process very time consuming and complicated, it asked me to fill in same form more than 3 times, several conversations through messenger and WhatsApp to finally check in. Lack of flexibility with check in/check out time, no facilities to leave the bags (even though they give recommendations on the bags storage places around).

Before our stay, any questions I had were answered quickly. The apartments were easy to find with the directions given and access easy. Good location and lots of restaurants near by and access to all the sites. The apartment looked like the advert and was clean and tidy. Beds comfy and good bedding and towels. Would stay here again.

It was quite noisy at night. The front bedroom had noise from the streets and the back bedroom had noise from people in the hallways. However we were in the city centre so expected some noise so came prepared with ear plugs.
