We really appreciated the orientation of terrace, the closeness to street La Rambla and Gothic Quarter.

This is a well-appointed lodging within walking distance to La Rambla and the port. Restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites are close at hand. The Liceu metro stop is right around the corner. Free access to luggage lockers on site was a great asset if you arrive before check-in time and have made arrangements in advance. During the day there is someone in the office next door who can help with questions. Check-in was all electronic, although there was also easy access to customer service communication when we found the use of the washer/dryer combination machine too difficult to use.

It felt more like a hotel suite than a cozy apartment. There were no friendly, personal touches like in many locations we have stayed, like bottles of water, a bottle of wine, a couple of laundry capsules for the washer, directions on how to use appliances, suggestions for nearby grocery stores or restaurants, etc.

Location was exceptional. 5 minutes walk to La Rambla and Barri Gothic as well as Metro station (Liceu). 15 minutes walk to Barceloneta. 30 minutes walk to Placa Catalunia, La Pedrera and Casa Batillo. From Liceu Metro 45 minutes to airport by metro and train. Apartment was large and well equipped. Very clean and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. Large hide-a-bed in living room. High ceilings. Large window in bedroom and door in living room. Close to supermarket, pharmacy. Manager was in small side office most times which was fortunate as twice our key card stopped working.

There was only one aspect we did not like which was not under the owner`s: There was a man who sat across our building every day around noon, drinking and getting louder as the hours went.

The location of the apartment was excellent and very convenient. However, the layout was a bit challenging for me as there were some stairs inside. With a toddler, it required extra caution to ensure his safety. Overall, a good stay but something to consider if traveling with young children.

I liked the kitchen, but it was inconvenient that there were no basic cooking essentials provided. You have to purchase items like salt, oil, and other basics even for something simple like making an omelette. It would have been more convenient if these essentials were available.

The room was very nice and clean. We like to stay in the balcony to relax and unwind. We like the kitchen it’s very functional. The location is great, walking distance from many tourist spots specifically la Ramblas where restaurants, boqueria and shops are located.

Bed in the master bedroom is totally not comfortable for a couple with a small child. It was 2 single beds and when we tried to adjoin it to fit the 3 of us, it moves sideways, we were worried the child might slip in the middle. Hence, we didn’t have a comfortable sleep. It would be better if instead of 2 single beds, they provide 1 Queen bed it’s the master bedroom anyway. The bathroom is toooo small. We travel a lot and used to stay in a place with small bathrooms, but the bathroom here is extra small especially the shower area.

The location was perfect with easy check-in. It had everything we needed in it with a supermarket on the street to buy your supplies for tea/coffee and breakfast. We were on the bottom floor at the back of the apartment, so not as loud as being street facing. There were a couple of drawers and a few hangers in each room - ideal for short stays, as ours was, but may have to store some clothes in suitcases for a longer stay/more guests. But not a problem as there is an iron and ironing board. The lounge, dining and kitchen area was spacious. The property was clean. The shower was powerful and the bathroom sink was large. Excellent correspondence via messages.

We generally liked everything. This isn’t a fault of the property (so it’s not a complaint) but being on the bottom floor meant I could hear the people above walking around at 4am. That obviously can’t be helped though because of the hard flooring and I guess they had their shoes on still. There was a window in my bedroom, but upon opening the curtain, found the other side was the cleaners cupboard. Not really a problem, I just kept the curtain closed. The smaller bedroom had no bedside table, but we used one from the bigger bedroom.

Location: The apartment was fantastically located right off Las ramblas and 50m to a super market. The apartment was spacious. Value: great price for the location and space! Locker to store luggage after check out. Easy check in and out process.

The interiors were a bit dated and fittings were quite old. Some of it furniture like bathroom cupboard - paint was chipping. Tap was a bit rusty. Everything was getting a bit old... but still clean. There were additional stairs up into the penthouse apartment and down into the apartment, a bit trickier with heavy luggage and pram. The shower was TINY! I'm only 5'2'' and every time i moved, i bumped into tap which turned off the water or bumped into the shower doors or wall. The bathroom in general was quite small, with barely enough space for my toothbrush. Bedroom was also very small. However the living room was nice and spacious

Excellent location, only a short walk to La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, with all the facilities required for cooking your own meals should you wish. Also although it was not stated in the description when booking, hand and bath towels were supplied

The view from the balcony was not the best but the area is heavily built up so didn’t really expect anything spectacular. On the plus side it was a good size space.

The apartment was big with good facilities. Nice and clean. The location was fantastic. Right next to La Rambla and El Gotica. The lockers were very handy for our late flight. I will come back here for sure.

Because we arrived late the check-in was a little confusing at first, but no big deal.

The location and the facilities of the apartment is really good. The check in and check out process is really smooth via auto check in process. The customer service is fabulous. Whenever I have tried to connect with them they helped. Apartment also provide free locker post check out which is helpful for those who have flight in evening or later
