The location is perfect for a city centre stay. Really close to Las Ramblas and the attractions and the metro. There was a convenience shop (actually 3!) very close so we managed to grab enough food so we didn’t need to eat in the expensive restaurants in Barcelona. The apartment was beautifully clean and we felt very secure with the door codes for our apartment and the main door.

Anyone visiting should make sure they fill in the documents they need to and download the app for door entry before they travel. This was tricky for us as we had just finished a cruise holiday and so we had to go looking for some free WiFi in order to fill in our details. Which took quite a while! Although the location was excellent the street itself is a little off putting from first impressions - don’t let it worry you!! We felt very secure in our apartment.

Great location, close to Les Rambles and the Gothic quarter. Secure building, felt safe.

As international travellers with limited data, didn’t love that we needed to turn data on phone to use electronic door keys. Wifi worked well in building, but outside to get into building we needed data. The check in is no online, I received many emails, got confused on how to check in. Again, with limited data, it wasn’t the best check in option for me. However, staff was available by phone and they were really helpful

The convinience of the location of the apt was superb, very close to the famous Boqueria Market (litterally 200m). The street of the apt is very quite and well served by local shops and restaurants nearby.

No match to say. The service provided and instructions provided in order to enter the property were very well explained and easy to execute. In no time we were in the apt without any issues. Very well organization.

We were apprehensive with this apartment before getting to Barcelona because of some of the negative reviews. But these were definitely unwarranted, our stay was pleasant and perfect for the purpose ( group of friends wanting to enjoy Barcelona). Overall it is basic but you pay for what you get. Not all of the rooms are underground, the big group rooms are above ground. The staff were very helpful and diligent. Definitely recommend this for a cheap stay. The pictures are pretty accurate to what you get.

Very good location, near to Mercado La Boqueria and a lot of restaurants. Also near to port area. Not luxurious, but honest facilities, with a nice place out of the apartment, to sit and relax. The staff was very nice, even when we ask for more bedding and information.

It was great. Only issue was that link for opening the door did not work but I have tried door by door until i found it. Otherwise everything was great! Location, apartman, price, and everything automatic so you dont need any assistance.

Link for acces did not work. They should have some backup plan or at least let people know apartment number in message.

Check in was a little difficult cause my link didn’t work but that might have been cause we were a little early. But codes worked great. Also found it silly that we had to take out the trash before we left but is a minor thing.

Space and cleanliness

It is not possible to enter the apartment before check-in time to leave your stuff as there are lockers available.
