The location of the place is really good, very close to city centre and many bars and restaurants, the room was good with a double bed, TV, a cupboard for the clothes and a dressing table. The staff was very kind and helpful, I got help even outside the hostel with transportation, they always asked if everything was okay or anything needed.

The bathroom was ok, the only issue is that the hot water ended quite quickly and since we were two one of us always ended up showering in cold water.

it's the center of the center of Barcelona! location is just perfect. lots of restaurants, metro, walking areas, etc. it was my big mistake to hire car because parking is almost impossible to find and/or very expensive. best to use metro. Mr. Tahir at the reception is a great guy and very helpful. we paid a little bit extra and Mr. Tahir moved us to a private big room with attached toilet/bathroom. it was very good. thanks

The hostel is very clean, personal is welcoming and speaking English, a place is very quit, windows are going to sum nice pedestrian only street, the place are very safe with special safe boxes for your things.

If you are coming after 00, be prepared to speak Spanish, the nigh guard is not speaking English, also kitchen when you safe your food is opening at around 7.

We had a bad start to our holiday but the staff were great and really helped our stay. Our money was robbed on las ramblas and they were accommodating and patient with paying the rest of the money owed.

It’s a basic accommodation but you pay for what you get and the price more then justified the accommodation on offer (so not really a bad place)

I have to open window to get fresh air however the location is heart of central that why a bit noisy. And the first floor they fixed something that why quite a bit smell of building materials. I hope they will finish soon. The rest is great

The staff was so helpful and really nice to us. I was staying with my baby , they arranged all help i needed , even they provided bottled water so i could boil clean water , i was able to use all facilities. Thank to these amazing people

the staff were absolutely amazing!! they were helpful from the minute we arrived! let us leave are backs until 5pm with no cost after checkout! felt very safe and really genuine people!

the room had a television but we were informed the remote had gone missing this didn’t cause us any problems but be nice to see it resolved .

It was right in the middle of central area, metro station at 5 minutes, restaurants under the building n all around, port for⛴️ ferry ride 10 minutes walk. Grocery stores n laundry at 5 minutes walk. Staff was Awsome.

great location. close to historical places, lots of cafes, and shops, easy with public transport, the staff in the hostel is welcoming and helped a lot with the room. We met our requests and gave the room better than the one we had ordered.

The location of the hostel is really really nice and the staff is there to help you with whatever you need. Whenever I had a problem (sometimes by my own fault - like forgetting to bring the adapter for my usa-style charger) they offered me a solution under 5 minutes and free of charge. The location is wonderful as you are really in the heart of Barcelona. If you are someone who likes to explore the city and doesn't like rigid sight-seeing plans, just walking around from the hostel you will stumble into incredible architecture and experiences (the building right next door to the hostel is a Gaudi palace after all, Gothic quarter is 7 minutes walk, a monastery from 11th century 10 minutes, Marine museum 5, Casa Batllo 10..), which is a beautiful and organic way to get to know the city. I liked drinking my coffee on the balcony and listening to the rustle and bustle of Las Ramblas - you are acutely aware that you are in Barcelona and I loved taking in that atmosphere. Also, I found the books available for reading at the hostel wonderful, 12 Bar Blues is a great read if you visit (or in general)!

Just keep in mind where you are going and what you are paying for. This is an old building in the heart of Barcelona and has the same maladies from which old buildings suffer. You will have everything you need but also be prepared for a bit of flexibility and if you are a light sleeper - bring earplugs! Barcelona doesn't seem to sleep even during weekday nights which I find beautiful, but also comes with a noise cost
