The room was quiet and comfortable.

The toilet lid was broken and a foul smell was in the bathroom.

Loved the staff, they were really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. But quite noisy (you could hear the people on the street and in the corridor). Would definitely go again, because of the location and staff.

The cleaning wasn’t regular. The first time everything was cleaned and bed made. The second time they asked if I wanted cleaning, i told i wanted a new towel and I got it, but they didn’t even put clean coffee cups to the room, didn’t think I had to ask that. The third time nobody asked or came into the room at all. So no coffee for me. But when we arrived on the first day, the room was squeaky clean.

Sherry at the front desk was fantastic and really helpful. The location was great and the factilities were very clean.

Unfortunately, we had issues in our room with the air conditioning and it did not work on our 2nd of 2 nights. On the 5th floor it was extremely hot and very uncomfortable for sleeping. We also had to walk up the stairs a couple of times due to the elevator not working properly which was also difficult being on the 5th floor.

Stand out customer service from Sherry throughout our stay. We were on first floor so a bit concerned about the noise but it was fine. In a very busy area near Las Rambla and Plaça Real. Great breakfast.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the Gothic Quarter, close to restaurants and cafés. You can easily explore the neighborhood and return to the hotel without any hassle. The staff is amazing and available 24/7. The breakfast setup is great—it’s a freshly prepared order rather than a buffet. I really appreciate the hotel staff for their constant smiles, and a special shoutout to the young Italian woman who has never been to Rome—haha!

It’s something the hotel can’t really do anything about, but the noise at night can sometimes be unbearable. I’m a heavy sleeper, yet I was woken up multiple times by loud laughter and shouting.

Great location in the heart of center, most attractions are walking distance, metro station is 2 minutes walk, great cafe and restaurants just next to the hotel and few mini marts around. Staff are very nice and welcoming, very clean and comfortable room, highly recommend. Staff on the reception 24/7 and security in the evening. Smart and safe way of entering the hote and the rooml with passcodes.

The Casa Pince location was very central to the history and charm of the Gothic Quarter as well as all buses, trains and shopping, including daily needs and gifts. Lots of restaurants of all types and tastes are close by, as are the plazas. It is also easy walking distance to the harbour and beaches. We were very pleasantly surprised by the building's rooftop terrace that is a perfect spot for afternoon or pre-dinner drinks. We spent a lot of time looking around the Marina and along to Nova Icaria Beach as well as the tourist must-sees. The staff are very helpful and can advise on buses/trains and getting around. Their information of tourist attractions was very valuable as well.

The cleanliness was outstanding, truly the best we’ve experienced. The location was unbeatable, perfectly situated in a lively area yet remarkably quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

When we made our booking, we specifically chose a room facing the inner courtyard, expecting it to be quieter than a street-facing one. However, the photos didn’t make it clear that the "yard" isn't really a yard (can be seen on Google Maps satelite view), and the window turned out to be very small. Upon arrival, the staff seemed to anticipate that we wouldn’t like the room and offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony, albeit with an additional charge (+20%). Had we known this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different hotel. But new room we were given was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed our stay 10/10

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful -- I appreciated that a lot since I don't speak Spanish. My room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved my view from the balcony ! It could be a little noisy at night, but that's just part of being on one of the most vibrant streets in the Latin Quarter. The location was fantastic ! The restaurant was quite good downstairs, and I liked their variety of choices for breakfast, made to order. The staff there was also very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

When they clean the room, their product has just a little too much perfume in it. The first night, it was quite overwhelming for me, and I just couldn't get the room aired out and free of the fragrance. Also, the lock on the window needed some maintenance, but otherwise, I loved the place !

Location Location Location! The most ideal location. You cannot beat it. Everything was within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel receptionists were very kind and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious!

What was a dislike would be that taxis could not easily access the hotel area. They had to drop us off on the street. It was only a 2 minute walking distance but my first day was a bit hectic because the taxi driver could not figure out how to get to my hotel. So I got charged an extra 20 dollars in my Uber since he did not tell me to just get off and walk the one minute down the alleyway. Regardless of the taxi is not being able to enter the hotel area I would definitely stay here again. I have already given my hotel recommendations to friends who will be visiting soon.
