The setting is beautiful, my room was very nice, very clean, spacious with a v comfy big bed . I loved my little garden . All staff were excellent and v accommodating. The food and service were very good , especially breakfast which was delicious with lots of choice .

The dining options for the evening were a little limiting . Especially as travelling alone. I prefer atmosphere and a more relaxed dining experience . The dining room is a little bland and lacks atmosphere .

A friend and I went and we liked it very much. The space is incredible, an oasis in the middle of the mountain. We arrived at night but that was'nt a problem, the receptionist was waiting for us with everything ready for us to go and rest. In the morning, we had breakfast in a beautiful area of the hotel and the manager recommended a hiking route in the area. On our return, we spent the afternoon at the spa. It is a beautiful hotel, ideal for resting because the only noise you hear is that of the birds. Highly recommend it!

I travelled with my mother to Mallorca and this was undoubtedly the best of the hotels. The staff and the surroundings made me confirm this. It's not a very big hotel but it has a special charm, it's not the typical Mallorca we are used to.... It's very different and unique, you have to go there once in your life. This summer I want to go back with my friends because it is really a place where you have to go to disconnect and do nothing more than eat delicious food and enjoy the pool. Thank you for the attention, all the staff is very pleasant. A special greeting to Luis who treated us excellently!

The entire property is beautiful. Staff is incredibly helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. You truly felt like you were at a retreat with very few people, who typically kept to themselves. Wish we stayed longer.

The restaurants lighting was a little too bright for dinner. It took away from the dinner and made it seem too office like. Darker lighting would have fit the mood of the property and would have allowed you to focus on the cool design elements throughout the restaurant.

Wonderful property, we enjoyed all the staff very much!! Very accompanying and kind. The first night the choice for dinner we were told by our waiter was the bbq buffet. A little disappointing. The foods are not put on ice or kept cold, so our gazpacho, shrimp salad, etc were a bit on the warm side. We loved the yoga in the AM, just wish it would have went for an hour instead of a 1/2 hour. Our favorite was the Peacocks walking around, and the birds chirping throughout the days.

There is only one thing we can say about our stay in this Retreat: Absolutely fantastic! Location: The scenery of it‘s location is marvelous. Surrounded by mountains, forests and wildlife we could truly escape from our rather noisy and hectic daily life. I mean who doesn‘t want to wake up to birds chirping in the morning and the crisp air in the mountains ;) Service and Personnel: We‘ve seen in some reviews that people were complaining about the unprofessional personnel. For us we can not confirm these negative experiences. We immediately felt very welcome once we arrived at the retreat and the service could not have been any better. The outstanding point for us is that the staff is always doing their best to fulfill your needs and wishes and we were impressed how forthcoming they were and how great they‘ve handled our requests. Everyone is very friendly and you truly feel comfortable interacting with every single one of the Retreat‘s personnel. Rooms, Pool and SPA: Room as well as the bathroom were spotless. Bed was super comfortable :) The outdoor infinity pool gives you a great view of your surrounding landscape and the relaxing SPA area with Saunas and indoor pool made the stay even better. Restaurant: There are no alternatives you can go to except the Retreat‘s own restaurant BUT it would be a shame to miss the delicious food there. We haven‘t had a better meal during our stay in Mallorca and we would like to give a massive shout-out to the chef who created some mind blowing dishes. So when you‘re visiting also don‘t miss the breakfast in the morning :) And last but not least the bumpy road to the Retreat: To be honest the road to the retreat could be better as it was very bumpy with quite a few potholes on the way. We were initially a bit intimidated by some customer reviews mentioning breaking their car and tyres on their way up to the retreat. It is indeed adventurous but nothing unmanageable.

The property is incredibly relaxing and incredibly well maintained. The staff were excellent and took care of our every need.

There is nothing I didn’t like, but to improve our stay I would have loved some proper coffee, they use nespresso which is ok, but I missed my good coffee! Other than that everything was excellent.

A wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful, always making sure we were well taken care of. The pool is amazing and it is really relaxing to sunbathe there because everything around it is greenery and peaceful. In the mornings we woke up to the birds singing... it was amazing! It's definitely a vacation retreat and we can't wait to go back to Mallorca and spend more days at this beautiful hotel.

Everything was perfect

This hotel is excellent; location, service and amenities. It provided a perfect tranquil stay in the hills where the staff were so helpful, the rooms so comfortable and the Spa and the people there (particularly Claudia) amazing. The food is delicious. We didn't want to leave and we will go back.

Hotel, Pool, surroundings are perfect. The building in the middle of the mountains is very special and if you are looking for a relaxing time, this is the place to go

All personell are really nice and friendly! Nevertheless, waiting times at breakfast were too long (e.g. Coffee, ordered food and refill of bread). Breakfast outside would have been great. The road to the hotel needs to be fixed (Nothing the hotel itself can do)
