Nice hotel with a good breakfast. We were out of high season, so didn’t have any problems with a lot of people in the hotel. Everything was as described, even though our room was significantly smaller than it was written in our booking. But we liked the pool view so decided not to ask for changing it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Some staff at the inside bar were very rude. Actually, it was one angry looking older guy. When we asked for the ice, he gave it to us, but not before telling us that ice is sold in supermarkets, looking really annoyed. His behavior wasn’t very nice towards the hotel guests. After that we never asked him anything anymore.

Breakfast was great, vast choice and freshly cooked for all hot dishes. Dining room is large and very noisy so not the most relaxed calm start to the day, but nothing can be done about this, so go early when its more peaceful! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Safe in room available for small charge.

Really difficult to find somewhere to park in the area. Room service option would be good. Would have loved tea/coffee making facilties in the room. Even at a supplement charge.

Multiple pools, with numerous bars. The decor is to die for and they had a nice breakfast with a chef that cooks omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes on show. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist Flavia very nice lady helped us around with booking activities and transportation. They also had a live band performance by the pool.

Very good hotel, with a wonderful and most importantly always clean swimming pool, you can come with children as there is always a lifeguard watching, there is a bar nearby with delicious snacks and drinks; There is also a great night bar with a great view where you can take great photos 😁 (what I did hehe); Also a restaurant where you can pay for breakfast and dinner, which are very tasty and varied, worth the money for sure; Comfortable and clean rooms, the staff cleans every morning; Also about staff - very nice, beautiful and sociable people, I was always happy to ask or talk about something; Very beautiful views if you want to take beautiful photos for Instagram 😁 or just walk around during the day/evening

Fabulous landscaping and grounds. Quiet location, but close to the beach and shops. Large pool, breakfast quite varied, fantastic, and generous, cocktails.

Hotel difficult to find for tourists, and taxis first time. Lack of facilities in the gym. Spa (jacuzzi) out of order, and showers not working properly. And importantly, although only one treadmill, there was NO water whilst exercising. Evening meal… not great. More fresh fish and vegetables needed.

The receptionists are super lovely and attentive. Check-in and check-out were easily made by them. The room has a lot of space, balconies to stay relaxing for a bit, wardrobes, and its well located, close to stores, supermarkets, good beach and places to rent cars.

The pool has limited access from 18h on, which doesn't make sense, because we spend the whole day at the beaches and when we try to relax at the pool it's closed. Also, the spa is abandoned, there is a bar closed and the indoor pool is closed. I understand that is summer, but at least allow people to stay at the open pool for a longer time. The fridge doesn't have a freezer and it only contains water. Besides that, the woman who cleaned our rooms forgot to give us towels - that's not a problem. But when we called reception, they asked us to go there, and an assistant responsible for the towels was rude saying that there were no hand towels anymore. Still, the receptionist was super kind and said yes, more hand towels were available.

Ona Palmira Paradise was the perfect place to stay in a picturesque part of Mallorca! It was a beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, well-run, affordable, and accessible. The service was brilliant, always doing their utmost to ensure we had the best possible stay. The pool was amazing and the food was top notch. The overall atmosphere on the property was fantastic. Really would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The setting is very special. The reception staff Mary & Abvril are super efficient, nothing is too much trouble. The room is clean and spacious with fridge. The breakfast is plentyful with much choice. Dinner also offers an excellent choice. Omar and Mohamed always attentive and polite. The only negative point I raise is that guests reserve sunbeds with their towels and don't use them. This is very inconvenient for guests who would like to make use of them. The evening entertainment was very good. The location is good for close proximity to the beach.

Ice being available for guests to take to their room. Noise... There is no sound proofing between rooms.

Everything. Location, food, cleanness.

I missed only one thing. It would be perfect to have a small bottle of water in the room after checking in.

Palmira is a hotel complex that consist of 2 buildings (Paguere and Paradise). Both buildings and rooms there are renovated, very clean and good looking. Personnel of Palmira Paguera reception, where we stayed was extremely welcoming and hospitable (especially lovely women Maria). The territory of the hotel is big and green. Hotel is situated not so far from the main beaches of Paguera. Food is very good. Variety is not so big, but everything is very tasty, always. I would only add more positions for children, as there was nothing children oriented at the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best in Paguera, taking into account its price.

Pool’s floor could be more clean. Many sand in the water.
